The Forth Inn in Stirling

Great hotel and location. Fabulous food and very helpful and friendly staff. Stayed in family room, this was perfect had our own balcony and hotel were happy for three adults to share.Definetely recomme d even if just for good.Will be returning.

Very comforting atmosphere, the staff were very friendly and they're more than happy to have dogs. Plenty of treats for your furry friend. Also the food was quite tasty, big portions! Did get a little drafty if you're near the door, but a very warm and welcoming atmosphere, popular with the locals.

In central Aberfoyle. Friendly helpful staff. A range of beers and decent menu with changing specials. Dogs allowed in the bar, but not the restaurant where there is a roaring fire in the winter. Excellent for s meal or a drink and great for touring the Trossachs and beyond. A beer garden for summer days tops it off.

Phil and his team went above and beyond for me. The staff are friendly, the food is amazing. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. Thank you for everything you did!I don't think I'll forget my stay in Aberfoyle for a while.Many thanksJamie

Decent food, but the highlight is really the staff. I am literally speechless about how nice they ALL are … they put a table in front of the fireplace for us, kept on checking, always smiling… Massive kudos to all of them, it was my first meal in Scotland and I am amazed by how nice people are. Thank you

So cozy and classic. Ordered a delicious turkey dinner and the service was friendly and efficient. The Christmas Market was a delight, we were even able to meet some of the legendary characters from frozen. An unforgettable experience and can't wait to come back and visit again.

Stayed there for the second time now for a fishing trip. Phil and his staff cannot do enough to make you welcome. Genuine, friendly people.The inn has a fantastic traditional theme. The foods great. An all round a fantastic stay.See you in March.

Really lovely staff. Couldn't be more helpful and accommodating with me, my hubby and rather large Irish Setter who gets very much in the way. Sat at a little table in a little middle room with a carpet for the damp dog. Had a delish meal. Will be back next year on our annual Scottish adventures xxx

Went for early dinner the kitchen doesn't open till 5pm but we'll worth the wait we had our puppy with us and that was no problem very dog friendly. the staff are super nice and friendly. We ordered our food and before we knew it it had arrived the steak pie was delicious freshly cooked the fish was fresh with a lovely crispy batter. Well worth a visit Well worth 5🌟

We didn’t actually stay at the hotel but we did hold our wedding meal and evening in the large function room on 17 September 2021 which was amazing. Lee and all of the team at the forth inn were fantastic, my wife and I could not have asked for it to be any more perfect and all of our guests had an amazing time. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere and medieval decor was just perfect. We could not recommended the forth inn highly enough. Thanks Thomas and Zoo ♥️
