The Fountain in Stirling

Finding myself in Stirling I visited one of my old haunts,, tonight I walked into a massive fight going on at the back of house, shouting bawling and swearing, I’ve no idea who in St Ninians annoyed you guys so much!The lad who served me was absolutely fantastic and was top notch whilst clearly stressed by what was going on behind him

Raw chips and no offer of taking money off my next order as chips went in the bin never order from here again Bruno's amazing food and service avoid the fountain go elsewhere

Ordered the chef special kebab with salad and sauce,what i got was a pile of bone dry donner meat and a couple of chunks of lamb, the wee huffy guy dishing it out asked if i wanted salad and sauce and i said yes, i got no salad and a tiny amount of sauce, i also bought two calzones and chips, the chips were nice

Accepted my order at 00:23 April 17th.It is now 02:06 and no food has arrived. Phoned at 1:32, was told it was out for delivery and will be there shortly - an obvious lie, I now realise. The phone is now being ignored and I presume everyone has left - thinking that it's okay to just essentially steal my money.I beg anyone who reads this to think twice about ordering from this establishment; substandard food at best (but the only thing open usually) and poor service, a joke of a company.

Just had a black pudding supper and a portion of curry sauce. Also bought a half pizza crunch supper and a steak pie. Must say its the best chippie we have had in a long time. Very tasty not greasy. Would highly recommend it.

Best kebab you will ever have. Has flavour like no other. Sauce and salad is just to yummy we always get extra. Been going here for 20 odd years and it's still the tastiest kebab ever!

The food is decent but the service is unacceptably slow and the staff is rude. This is the third time I order food and the delivery is almost 1 hour late (which is ridiculous especially since you are charged delivery and service fees). I kept calling for 20 minutes until someone finally answered. They offered no serious explanation for the delay other than saying they are busy and that I am not the only customer (As if complaining for why your food is more than an hour late is somehow entitled...). Finally, I had to cancel the order because they said it wouldn't be here for another 30 minutes.Never have I encountered such unprofessional and petty behaviour. The person I spoke to instead of trying to diffuse the situation, kept being sarcastic and antagonising me, even jabbing at me because English is not my native language.

Ordered a cheese burger meal. The cheese burger was really nice however the fries were a bit disappointing. Tasted a bit soggy. But the burger was very tasty.

Ordered from this place a few weeks ago and delivery was almost 2 hrs from the time i ordered my food. I chased my order but no explanation was given. I was so close to cancelling my order but was absolutely starving. Delivery driver made it sound as if he is giving me a free bottle of juice but it was actually part of my order and i got the wrong juice! At that time i decided not to post a bad review, thought its a one off and i just got unlucky. But here we go again. I waited 1h 40 minutes for my order. Estimated latest time was. 8.50 and it got delivered at 9.30. Terrible service, no apology from the driver. It caused such an inconvenience to me and i will never order from this place again. I gave you a second chance Fountain but you blew it.

Was always my go-to takeaway when I lived in Stirling. Food could be a bit greasy at times, but always tasted good. Always great banter with Hammy and the rest of the staff, and they always went out their way to help if you wanted to customise your order, or try something different.
