"COVID Update August 2021: We hope all our customers are safe and well during these unprecedented times. We would like to inform you that we are working very hard behind the scenes to embed our students to their course programs and intend to re-open the Gallery from Monday 6th September 2021. We would also like to ensure our customers that every measure to safeguard staff, students and customers are our top priority. We look forward to welcoming you back soon. Forth Valley College's Gallery Restaurant is a truly unique venue offering the 'wow' factor. It is situated in our Stirling Campus and combines the art of fine dining with breath-taking views of the Wallace Monument, the River Forth and the Ochils."

Fantastic food and lovely service. I had sea bass starter with fresh peas and cauliflower in batter. Amazing. The main was a lamb pumpkin curry that was sublime. The dessert was a selection of tarts with ice cream. Best torte I've ever tasted. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Gives you the chance to experience great food at a very reasonable price, while supporting chefs in training. Couldn't ask for more

Best food in town. The food in here which is prepared and served by students is amazing. You can see them grow each visit gaining confidence. They work in great environment and are tutored in a very respectful and supportive environment. Be back again next week 😃
