The Linden Inn in Stirling

Great food, portions are very generous. We tried the Chicken Burger & Cajun Chicken. Both were lovely. Staff were friendly and managed to squeeze us in without a book on a Sunday afternoon. Can't wait to visit again!

Amazing food. Portion sizes are generous and the loaded chips are brilliant. The place was clean and felt cozy. We had the steak pie and the chicken chimichanga. On the side we had the loaded haggis and peppercorn chips. Couldn’t finish the meals. Not for lack of trying though! We’ll be back.

Been a few times now and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Steak always cooked perfectly. Definitely one of our favourite places to go eat.

Our meal was very good and so was the wine. We were not so happy where we were seated, right at the door and we were getting a draught every time it was opened. We did ask to be moved but the restaurant was very busy. If we go back we will be asking for a different table when we book.

Had a very nice lunch here yesterday had the Chimichanga definitely be back.

Food was ok . Interior decor nice. Had to keep asking staff on way past for attention rather than being asked first but i enjoyed my meal. Thanks

Another amazing dinner at the Linden tonight. So lovely having this gorgeous wee gem on our doorstep. Scrumptious steaks, fab wine and friendly service too, nothing is too much trouble.

What a fantastic steak house. Food is always great, and their garlic creme sauce with sirloin steak is phenomenal. Make this our regular place to eat now!

Went of an evening meal. The Mac & cheese is just off the scale good, wife nearly always has it. But I had a chicken and Stornoway Black pudding pie, it was fantastic! My only downside is it wasn't a true pie, just one of those puff pastry pillows on top of the filling. Still it tasted amazing, get visiting and support your local pubs and restaurants.

Im quite picky about steaks and I rarely eat them out as we normally cook high quality at home and restaurants tend to disappoint. But.. This place is the real deal. Traveled 8 hours to Stirling and now eating perfect steaks. 5* the chef cooked them to perfection.
