Venachar Lochside in Stirling

Terrific meals, lovely service, a hip and quaint venue with a gorgeous view of the loch (which I’m sure is even more stunning on a clear day!) This is definitely an Instagram-able venue and they have different opportunities for photos if using it for a special occasion.

Great venue and location. Stunning views. Great day for a wedding. Food and drink was very good. I reckon all guests really liked this place. Staff worked very hard too. My grandchildren loved the place. Ran riot outside in the good weather.

Venachar Lochside is the most friendly little place in the most beautiful location. My fiancé and I are very lucky to be getting married there next year, we popped in on Saturday to see if we were able to take some cake away and enjoy the view outside. When we arrived it was a little busier than we expected, however Sam gave us the warmest welcome as always after recognising us straight away (even though we haven’t been able to visit since before the start of the pandemic!). Sam was able to seat us by the window with the best view and although they were busy we received the friendliest service! Service here is always above and beyond.Visiting Venacha Lochside is always such a pleasure. The team are just incredible, so friendly and professional. The tables and toilets are always clean and clean he food is consistently amazing!Venachar Lochside is a must visit if you are in the area, whether you are looking for a coffee and a slice of cake or a lunch you will be welcomed. The most fantastic news is that they now serve dinners from 6pm! So there is even more opportunity to try their incredible food!Anyone considering getting married at Venachar Lochside must go and visit to appreciate the view and the team. You will not be disappointed!We returned to Venachar Lochside to celebrate one year until we get married. As always we were greeted by the friendliest of faces, Sam! Top class service and food. Excellent meal - superb setting - if you’re in the area - a must visit. Booking essential - be aware that they cater for a lot of weddings so some days they are ‘out of action’ to the general public. But the meal and the ambiance is totally worth it.

Delightful! Beautiful views and top quality food. Only a couple of veggie options for my girlfriend, but she still loved it.

Attended a wedding here. Outstanding location and excellent management from drinks on arrival to wedding meal and late snacks.

Food tasted great and the view by the lake is absolutely breathtaking. Recommend to go dinner during sunset. The service is a bit slow for the size of the restaurant but the staff make up for their kindness.
