Oh my goodness, what a delightful place. The staff are all lovely. The place is quirky with lots of little dining rooms. The afternoon tea was amazing. So tasty and with some unusual sandwich fillings as well as some traditional ones. We enjoyed it so much. We were given vouchers as Christmas presents - such a good idea and I'll be buying some for friends and family in future.

A great place to go for a cup of coffee (served in a cafetière). Pleasant staff good service and reasonable prices (2 cups of coffee and 3 brownies for under £11).Don't forget to try a brownie with your coffee or, better still, get another one to take away with you for later.

Had an an excellent lunch here last week. The lemon drizzle cake was the best I have ever eaten. Very reasonably priced too.

We wanted to book an afternoon tea for our sisters birthday and this was recommended by a friend, it was by far the best any of us have ever had, the food was excellent and more than enough for the 3 of us I couldn't begin to list everything but apart from the normal assorted sandwiches and cakes there was a small glass with home made vegetable soup a Yorkshire pudding with a slice of beef inside and a garnish of coleslaw, and lots lots more. We can't thank the staff enough but thank you all for making a birthday extra special

I stumbled on this place when looking for a quick cake and bought what turned out to be one of the nicest cakes I've ever had. I ended up ordering an afternoon tea for my birthday a few weeks later and was not at all disappointed. I huge amount of food and every single thing was tasty and high quality! I can't wait to go back to try more!
