HelloI had a 5 star experience today. I had a buy one get one free chicken sandwich offer and was not sure if it was legitimate. Sarah Mariah and Austin helped me. They are amazing! They were beyond helpful and patient and friendly. They made my first and definitely not last visit great! They made my visit awesome. If they are still there I am definitely going back. Thank you The chicken sandwiches are delicious!

My husband used to manage at Bostons at this location. We had not been back and we probably will not go back again. The iced tea taste funny and the floor was very dirty. The waitress was very friendly and provided good service but our soup and wings took a while to come out then the entree came out within 2 minutes leaving us overwhelmed with food that was getting cold. The food and beer menu have a lot of options. It is a shame they couldn't turn this place into something nice.

Not only where there a dead cockroach in our appetizer but staff was awful. It took over 25 minutes for a manager to come see us and even when she did she was Barely apologetic. Made every excuse under the sun of how it happens everywhere and it's happens in this industry all the time.

Worst experience at a restaurant. They had one waitress for everyone. It took them 2 hours to get our food. The food was garbage, I asked for salad they Served me plain lettuce with croton 3 micro pieces of chicken and charged me almost 20.00 I could had 10x better salad at home. Don’t waste your money going to this place for food. The only good things are the TVs ( fir the kids) and the open bar. The eggs on the salad on the pictures are from from daughter salad who got a 5 dollars salad better then zither 20.00 dollars salad.

Delivery driver put it in wrong building first off. Second off zero sauce on pulled pork or coleslaw. Got like 4 onion rings. Buffalo chicken Stromboli wasn’t cooked. If I were you I would never eat at this place. For the price they charge your better off ordering somewhere else

When my party of 3 arrived. We went to the hostess stand where it says to wait to be seated. We waited for about 10 minutes, we saw no waitress or anyone walking around the dining room, one from my party had to go to the bar and ask about someone seating us. The bar tender came out and was super apologetic! Then the waitress finally came out of the kitchen to take our order. We ordered sheet nachos and asked if we could have those first as an appetizer, she said yes. When those finally came out, they weren’t ANYTHING of what the picture looked like or what the description read, the girl asked if we wanted our food right away because it was all done. since it was sitting back there ready, we said yes, because we didn’t want to be cold/reheated food. Two of us ordered the Arooga’s burger, again didn’t come out like the description read. We asked for a pink burger, it was well done. The burgers only consisted of a burger, cheese and bacon. No burger sauce or cherry peppers were on either of them. The waitress was almost never seen, she stayed in the kitchen most of the time. There was only 4 parties in the dining room, so she wasn’t swamped.As for the restaurant itself, everything was sticky feeling. From when we walked in the tiles, to the carpet. Even the tables had a sticky feel to them.This was my first time at this restaurant, and I can honestly say this was my last.

Ordered Door Dash, they put the tacos over the chips which completely made the chips soggy and didn’t include salsa at all even thought it clearly says it on the slip. Poor presentation. Poor taste. Soggy Chips.

This is our second time at this establishment. Both times we have to say the staff was absolutely great! This time Soma had a lot of tables to take care of, but never missed a beat. We are so grateful for people like her that work so hard. It's really nice to be able to bring our family somewhere we know we can get a great meal and excellent service. Such an excellent job by all including the chefs! Thanks so much.

Lots of room for improvement. Everyone at the table commented on the way their soft drink tasted almost like maybe the diet was hooked up instead of the original. Beyond that the prices were awesome I was so looking forward to the wings. Now I know when wings come out of a deep fryer sometimes the wings are so hot I can't even eat them. But tonight they were so cold that I could barely break them apart with my hands. The flavor of the Cajun Voodoo was great however just old. After placing the order it did take a very long time to come. At the end of the day just gotta care a little bit more guys.

We had an excellent experience. We stayed at the hotel nearby and walked over through the parking lot. It was so great; we ate there two nights in a row.The steak fajitas were sizzling hot with a generous serving of tortillas and veggies. The fish and chips were tasty enough to satisfy my British husband. I liked having the option of the sweet potato fries. The chicken tenders were by far the best we have ever had. They were moist, and the batter was was crispy and homemade. They melted in our mouths; we were fighting over them. The Mac and cheese is made from scratch with creamy cheese and large shells. The kid’s portions were so generous for $5.99. We don’t personally drink, but if I did, I would try one of the fishbowl drinks with the double straws.The service was wonderful. The hostess and waitress were so friendly and helpful. There was an overlap of service where everyone was looking out for each other. We are so glad we found this sports bar. We will definitely be back to this family friendly restaurant with cozy booths, delicious food, and lovely staff.
