Mcdonalds in Amber Valley

Better than a lot of McDonalds because it isn't crowded with Just Eat delivery folks - yet!

As I stood inside inline waiting for my order it seamed that the drive through customers were getting preference

Turned up to the drive thru at about 10.50am, by the time I got to order it was 11.01am, tried to order a sausage and egg McMuffin but was told they weren’t serving the breakfast menu any more as it finished at 11am. I pointed out the time and the fact that I had been in the que for some time but was told there was nothing they could do. If I could have turned round and driven off I would have but I was now stuck in the que so I begrudgingly ordered a coffee. When I got to the kiosk to pay, lo and behold the order in front of mine was ALL off the breakfast men. Absolute Joke!!!!!

Double big mac meal opened the box burgers and cheese were not even in the bun looked all squashed down

Tried the McPlant which was rather sloppy with mayonnaise but tasty. It was rather busy but not too much of a wait having ordered ahead on the app. The food was all warm and fresh.

Can't believe I got served COLD chips, this is the main reason I go to McDonald's. And whose idea was it to put the condiments INSIDE you're meal. I found this out when I was at the condiment table and there was nothing there except salt and pepper. I know I should have brought this to the management's attention.....but I wasn't in the right frame of mind. 😡. I usually go for the chicken legend only to find this isn't on the menu, so for the first time ever I thought I'd try a BIG Mac...🤮🤮🤮🤮 let's just say NEVER again. Sorry for the low ⭐rating.....maybe next time I'll be in the RIGHT frame of mind and say something. 👍

Shocking service from a fast food restaurant, waited 23 mins for a sausage and egg McMuffin and watched them bring food to others who ordered after me with a lot more food and then forgot my drink! Won’t be stopping again here. Had a few meals wrong before from here as well.

Best maccies around. Food was perfect. Staff were friendly. Tables were clean and sanitised. Social distancing was actually in place. Dinner came really quick.

First time I've been to this McDonalds, nothing I can fault about it, food was hot, service was good, no delays, staff polite & friendly , toilets were clean & my daughter got to do some colouring so it gets a bug thumbs up from both of us 👍🏻

Would not give this place any stars but didn't get that option. Made to wait outside in the rain even though the restaurant was only half used.the other half was for staff only,( about 30seats).The staff not helpfull, service poor, will not use this place again,plenty of other fast food restaurants near by
