We had the Sunday carvery, it was very nice and beautifully cooked. The staff were very attentive and friendly and the pub was very clean with a good selection of beers. Will definitely be visiting again.

Old style pub with high beamed ceilings. Host was excellent and the food fantastic. Real ale choice was limited but good. Definitely go again.

Great beer, but the place was extremely quiet!! If that's what you're looking for the great.I'm not sure if this place ordinarily serves food, but they weren't whilst I was there.Looks in need of a little modernisation, and a lick of paint. Great location though as the beer garden on the edge of the canal.
