Not been here for a long time so much so it was called The Kestrel.However you don't get a second chance to create a first impression.Lovely clean place,friendly staff, and the food amazing.Impressed me so much I've booked again one week later.A hidden gem.

We had our first visit here and had a pizza, it was totally delicious, so much so Lisa and I are going back today for a carvery... we are really looking forward to it.

Excellent meal for my Mum's birthday. Menu isn't that fancy but the taste and quality was fantastic. The chicken with tarragon add bacon was class. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely return, especially because the next table had a pizza that looked out of this world.

Not been here for many years and has changed name from Kestrel to Village Inn. Good menu choice including vegetarian and vegan options. Food was very good and prices very reasonable. Will definitely visit again and recommend.

The food was delicious and a good place to eat. They apologised for the service being slow but I didn't think it was that bad. Have been to places that are a lot slower.
