Shocking. ...swore at by delivery so called driverNever got my food in the end as told to f123 off hes not bringing it.....

THIEVES!!!They've received my order and payment has been done. But when I called to enquire about my order, they said no order has been placed from my end and can't do anything about it. They were quick to loot the money but not so intent to honor the order. The worst part being the person on the phone doesn't even want to listen to what I've to say. He hangs up and doesn't attend the calls there after. After repeated calls, he picks up and says "I'm not interested to serve you and I'm sleeping." Never in my life had an encounter that is s appalling as this. Horrible THIEVES.

Would’nt even give it a one star! I went to collect and all the staff were rude. It was so expensive for the quality of the food. The staff clearly didn’t have any experience as the boss had to keep telling them what to do. The meat was horrible and the chips weren’t cooked properly. Don’t recommend, used to come here a lot but won’t be going back again. Very disappointed!

Worst kebab and pizzas we have ever ordered rang them up to complain and got greeted by rude staff the pizzas were burnt to a crisp the kebab was as dry as anything and partner had a kebab wrap and when she unwrapped it look like rats had been going thru it explained the pizzas were for children so could they exchange or offer a refund to get abuse back and swore at

Don’t even wast you time. Ordered from her tonight food took almost 3hrs to arrive. When the food did arrive it was horrendous. The chips were soaking wet because they had sweated that much and were freezing cold. We had a garlic pizza bread and that was freezing cold and looked horrible. Also ordered a kebab that was also cold and sweated and was soaking wet. Will never be ordering again from here and I didn’t even call to complain because it’s not even worth it after reading the reviews after order my god I wish I went some where else. Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating

ordered food and it took well over an hour to come i got the 4 burger meal for 20 pound and went it finally came it was the complete wrong order they brought the wrong food and the food cost a lot less then what i paid for. tried to call and they would not pick up. do not order from this place i promise u will be disappointed.

Ordered a chicken doner wrap as per website. Got a chicken shish and lamb donner wrap. Asked for a refund but got told I will get it when I next order , said I wouldn't order again as the korma we had was not very nice so then got told I would have to collect in store even though I paid by card on the web. Whoever I spoke to was Rude. Will not use again

Not very good. I phoned to chased the order and the guy said to me "do you want to cancel the order" and then put the phone down on me. They had the wrong address and if he had listened to me in the first place he would have realised that. I phoned back and guy was lovely. Food not great but okay for a late delivery

Great place ordered twice now quite late as well and they have prepped and delivered my order without any complaints everything hot and fresh and tasty highly recommend prices are great too. Staff are so friendly and well mannered as well really can't complain kids loved it as well brilliant place my new regular

Tonight Tony's was extremely busy so we had to collect in the end, BUT when we did the staff were very pleasant, they insist we had a £10 and a bottle of Pepsi. And to make the evening even better the food was absolutely lovely!! I can see why they get busy. Well done Tony's well certainly be ordering from you again.
