Tonys kebabs in Amber Valley

Went in there last night for a kebab and had a good time. Friendly people, good food, a solid choice.

Ordered off their website, website doesn’t state that sauce will be on donor meat. Chicken pakora tested like I was eating oil 🤢 phone up to say I didn’t ask for sauce on my donor meat. She said that’s what it states on your order. Explained the website situation and she was nothing but rude. Food was also stone cold and it only got delivered 5 mins along the road. I won’t be ordering again there goes £20.80 down the drain 😴

Used to deliver to us and now have restricted there delivery. Poor show

Ordered food from here, didn’t realise they weren’t doing deliveries and it was collection only, asked for a refund to be told sorry we can’t do that as you asked for collection and didn’t collect, told them I didn’t realise and now they have my money and I have no food to be met with no response, normally love this take away but with such bad customer service I will not be back!!

Food was decent but paid for two sauces..asked guy if they were definitely in bag and he said yes..got home, no sauce at all..poor show.

Order food at 9.05 and was told 30 to 45 min but didn't turn up until 10.30 lady taking order over the phone was so rude that she had more important things to laugh and joke about instead of taking my order down right as when order turn up was wrong and food was cold and discuting

Absolutely superb mixed kebab calzone pizza. Enough food to ensure there's still plenty to eat on Day 2. We'll be back. Highly recommended

My family waited 2 hours on 2 pizza’s and a chicken burger meal.. firstly the food was cold! Secondly the chicken burger was burnt and to top it off I had 4 pieces of pepperoni on pizza as I asked for extra cheese so you really couldn’t see the pepperoni! I wasn’t happy as we were all hungry... I phoned up didn’t want to reorder as I didn’t want to wait another 2 hours... the woman on the phone says will give you £5 off next time you order... that won’t be happy! £22.50 for cold food... I won’t be back...!

Sent for a Chicken and Donna Rapp with Salad and Sauce separate " was told 30 to 40 Min, it arrived 10 min later semi hot !! It says on the Menu £8 but was charged £11 for delivery even tho it's just along the road !! The delivery Guy had to come back with my Salad and Sauce, I even had to microwave my food. 👎 Rating

Great place food is always really good, they do need to get someone a bit nicer answering the phone tho, just phoned up for an order and she was cheeky and arrogant!! It's a shame because the cooking staff are all very friendly.
