Been tonight after a long absence and must say was very busy 1 waiter and 1 chef and about 40 plus diners coped extremely well between themselves quick service very obliging waiter good quality food and hot well done to you both

Great menu choice, love the duo of curries so you can try two smaller portions in one meal. As always, a fab atmosphere with really friendly, attentive staff. Can't wait to come back on Christmas Eve xx

Very nice food. Went with 2 children and we all really enjoyed it. Very good service from friendly staff. Took a while for the mains to come out but all tables were full which proves it's very nice food. Well worth trying

Myself and my friend had a very disappointing meal and experience here recently. It was the first time I had been out properly for months and I was really looking forward to it. We booked for 6pm and arrived on time. Our order was taken promptly but the service was excruciatingly slow. We ordered one poppadom each which arrived after about 10 minutes then we had a massive wait of about 35-40 mins for the starter to come out. The scallops were reasonable, there were only three in a dish with a bit of sauce, I appreciate that scallops are expensive, but the king prawn starter was a complete joke and insult, there were two prawns in a dish with a little bit of salad, the starters were gone in seconds. I'm guessing that portion sizes have been reduced dramatically since the August half price offer. We then had a monumental weight for the main courses to arrive. By the time it was 7.55pm, both myself and my friend had had enough. There was still no sign of the food appearing so we asked for it to be boxed up so we could take it away. In the space of 2 hours, we had eaten one poppadom each and three scallops and two prawns between us. Our night out was completely ruined. To make it worse we saw other people arrive after us, eat and then leave and our main courses hadn't even arrived. I can only guess that takeaway orders had taken priority which is going to alienate customers. The food which I ate luke warm when I got home was average. The naan was thin and tasteless, and the portions were small. Two stars is being generous and I certainly won't be going back.

Ordered meal on NYE at 6:18pm and were told delivery would be 7:40pm. After 7:40pm passed & no food arrived we got in touch and were told “5 mins”, it’s on it’s way. However our ‘Just Eat’ order was then updated to delivery time being 8:40pm. After 8:40pm we rang and were told delivery would be 5 mins (again), it eventually arrived at 9:15pm, 3 hours after time of order. The food was of course delicious (as always) and definitely worth waiting for BUT we would just prefer they were honest about arrival times. I’m sure they were VERY busy on NYE, but we would have made alternative arrangements for the kids meals instead of keeping them up later than we wanted to. However, regardless, it was great food, it arrived hot, and we did have a great evening - happy new year everyone. :-)

Do not order from here! We placed our order through Uber Eats at 6:30pm. The order was confirmed instantly, but then informed that the delivery time had been changed to between 8:30 and 8:50pm! We waited until 9pm and then called to be told they were busy and the food is just being cooked and should be with us for 9:30. I said this was unacceptable then asked what I needed to do to cancel the order they put the phone down. I was unaware if they had cancelled the order as it said food was being prepared on the Uber app. So I called again at half 9 to see what was happening and he just said the order was cancelled! We had no apologies and was very abrupt on the phone on both occasions. Very poor. We will never order from here again.

I placed order through ubereats at 6.20pm and the estimated time off arrival was 6.40 to 7pm. After 5 mins the estimated time of arrival changed to 8.10 to 8.30pm.At 8.30pm I still hadn't received my food so I called the restaurant and was told it was still in the queue and would be another half an hour.My food eventually turned up at 9.45pm (3 and a half hours later) and was cold and very bland.Not good enough when you live 10 minutes drive away from the restaurant! Luckily I had a 50% off discount code otherwise I'd have been even more disappointed. Won't be using here again.

Service was very slow, very little interaction with waiters. Food generally good but a few dishes were underwhelming in terms of flavour. Portion sizes were okay and prices reasonable. Received better food and far quicker and better service from more than one of the other curry places in the area. Hard to recommend but may be better on a quieter night.
