Costa Coffee in Ashfield

The staff are always friendly & never take themselves to seriously. When the staff are serving you they always do it with a smile on there face. The manager always knows how to organise her team on the evidence I have seen. In a morning this Costa does get very busy. They are very good at cleaning the tables. Disabled friendly. This Costa is among the best in the middle of Nottinghamshire

I came to Costa in Sutton-in-Ashfield this afternoon around 3:30pm. One lady stood out to me, her name began with a B. I'm hoping you can find out who she is so she can get the recognition she deserves. She was lovely when I was ordering. Chatting to my daughter and letting her pay etc. But when my friends baby knocked her drink all over herself, table, chairs and floor she was so reassuring and made her feel so much better. She cleaned it up straight away and got her a fresh drink. I don't write reviews but the lady deserves such a big thank you!

This is a pleasant cafe with well spaced tables and modern decor. I only went in for a coffee so my rating is based simply on that and the friendly service l receivedThere is wheelchair access and facilities and nearby parking

Great customer service at this Costa, they are so welcoming and chatty. The coffee was delicious as usual. Excellence comes as standard 👌

staff were rude, gave me and my friends the wrong order after rushing us, then as we were leaving, gave us a dirty look. we were nothing but polite to them,, think i’ll go to greggs instead

Bigger inside that it appears from the outside.Many tables, so seating should hopefully not be a problem.Staff are quick to clear away tables, and always wipe them down afterwards.Appears well run, and friendly team working there.

Always clean and tidy whenever I visit and the staff are always extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful. Recommended.
