KFC in Ashfield

Not had a KFC in a couple of years but it was bloody lovely only thing was the fries not like they used to be the thin one's they need to change them back and we need a KFC in Kirkby in Ashfield.

Friendly staff, helpful, place kept as clean as possible even when busy. Food hot. Some staff need training as after asking about buying something offered us something that can only be bought on Tuesdays (it's Friday..)

Really clean and polite staff. Actually got the order correct first time (unlike a lot of restaurants) definetly a favourite.

Quite often order just chicken, dont eat many chips. But need more kfc gravy. The lady changed the order to the best value for us. Need gravy in large size, regular is not big enough.

Very clean place and it has internet unlikely other Restaurant nearby. Staff is chatty and welcoming. My first time here and by a chance but will be back again if I am around.

This was once a really good KFC, but since the recent renovations has gone downhill rapidly.I don't know a single person who's been since it reopened who hasn't had a dodgy stomach within 10 hours of eating there. And unfortunately it isn't a one off.

went round drive thru, quick speaker response yet spoke extremely quickly, as we drove up to the window it remained closed although workers obviously had seen us, i feel as this is not very customer friendly and felt ignorant contrasting other drive thrus i have visited. order was given correct, food was good although no napkins were provided, and no receipt was offered or given which in some cases may be helpful to customers.

Went in today with my grandchildren and was disgusted with the chicken it was black. I took it back to be told I could not swop it and the reason for the black chicken was the oil was at its end of life and they could not change it today. We got our money back but had to go to get dinner elsewhere.Good look if your having chicken today.

Staff looked uninterested in taking me and my partners order to the point of they got the order completely wrong as they was talking amongst themselves. The tables was still dirty and wet from previous customers. The music was too loud for such a small place we and the staff couldn't hear each other properly and it was unpleasant to sit and eat. The speaker wasn't working properly as if had a crackle every other second. Won't be going back in a hurry.

Nice and clean restaurant. Went there by Sunday evening. Not much crowd or delay in providing us the order. Overall a good experience but 4stars for the overpriced foods as like any other KFC.
