McDonald's in Ashfield

Ordered mcdelivery at 6.30pm, was told would be here at 7.15pm it's now 8.20pm and still no food, complained via the app as the store has been engaged since 7.30pm, no joy on the app, total rubbish, honestly should close the mcdelivery from here because it's shocking and giving mcdonalds a terrible reputation, and you just know the food will be cold when it eventually arrives and we will have items missing as previous orders, tried to give it benefit of doubt since last time but should have steered well clear, paid in advance by card and you never get a refund so your basically stuck. would be ashamed to say I work or deliver for here.

Had a mc chicken sandwich meal it was literally freezing in the middle I couldn't wat it and it was thrown away. Unfortunately I couldn't go back as I was on my lunch break and traffic was horrendous! I was fuming 😤 and starving 😤

I ordered delivery a few times and I've honestly tried giving this place many chances but I'm literally always missing multiple items from my my order again which I'm still charged for, the food is nearly always stone cold and my burger was very, very dry. This place needs a shake up because it used to be decent.

Was trying to enjoy my salad and bbq sauce then a bunch of Indian men told me to move of my stool the had big bags of explosives they had were massive .i moved next to the window seat and a group of youths threw a red milkshake at the window scaring me half to death , then a worker came up to me forcing free chicken nuggets down my throat i started choking . The Indian man from earlier saw this as his chance and positioned him self behind me is scurried of into my fiat 500. I am a 67 white old man please shut this place down . It was alright. Great service as always! 😉👍But i also know that when you ask for a mcflurry ice cream....n they say the machine is outta action.... it's not!! It's because they can't be arsed to clean it. 😉👍

Ordered through uber eats they forgot my extra sausage and my pancake syrup on my pancakes meal.I called up and was told I’d get a free medium meal only to call up the next day to be told my name should be written down and there’s nothing they could do and then the phone slammed down.Disgusting manners,and poor service.

Not so good today. Self serve machine had run out of receipt roll so I had to get someone to sort that. Then they got my order wrong. Ordered a big Tastey and I got a small bit of chicken in a bun. They did swap it for me though so they got a star back.

Noticed over the past few months this place has started to go down hill, started with forgetting food on order's and not realising until back home, my partner was made to drive all the way back round and queue to pay again as they let her drive off when the card was declined (tapped to many times) then her food was cold and to top it off tonight I asked for no tomatoes on my big tasty well there definitely was no tomatoes just like the rest of the burger literally tasted like cardboard! My advice to the public is to either drive to the outlet on the a38 or the one near B&Q

Never had a problem at this food and staff are perfect there's always a wait because of how busy they get but there we'll staffed so I can't say it's there fault so 5 Stars

So December we found a eyelash extension in a quatre pounder and constantly missing items. Now plastic in my wrap! Ridiculous... ithe plastic was in my mouth! It could have been my child having this wrap. Need to bw more careful when handling food, couls have seriously hurt me if id have swallowed.have tried calling for past 45 mins and is on another line.
