Minhas in Ashfield

Very disappointing, should have checked the Google reviews before ordering. The fish pakoras were a generous portion but unfortunately rather bland, no spice taste in the batter at all. The garlic chilli chicken was an odd one, almost like the meat and the sauce were cooked separately before serving, because the sauce was very garlicky and packed with chilli heat while the chicken was dry and tasteless. The rice was ok. The paratha was missing in action.

Food was delivered in time and was complete as ordered. The naan breads were good. That’s the end of the positives... all the food completely lacked flavour. The amount of meat/ prawn in each dish was really really minute. Generally pretty disappointing. Definitely wouldn’t go back.

Partner ordered a mixed meat curry. It was just mince with one piece of chicken. Very disappointing. Mine was OK but nothing great.

Food was nice and plentyfull for a good price, they got my curry wrong however it was still pleasant.

I've never left a good review before after a bad experience. We ordred 3 meals, felt short changed by the portion sizes in all 3. Which was nothing like the previous experience we have had from Minhas.The staff were so nice and couldn't apologise more. Sorted out the issue quickly and easily. The food tastes really nice here. Love the Garlic and Corriander Naan.Really is the best local Tandoori

Ordered from here many times in the last 10 years. Their Special Nan is the one to go for. Tandoori Mix grill and the tandoori wings are on a whole different level. Recommend to everyone. You wont be dissapointed.

£11 Vindaloo (collection not delivery) with no taste. Rang up and they said if I want it hot I should say as they don't put any chilli in it as standard. Dry rice and soggy nan bread. Save your money or like me you will put it in the bin

Ordered a £35 meal for my family this evening. Was told 30-40 mins delivery. Called at 1 hour 30 to be told sorry, the driver often goes the wrong way but your meal is out. What?!? Waited another 20 mins, now almost 2 hours. Called back. Chef shouted tell her I’m busy init. Cancelled the order. Shocking service. Don’t bother. Ordered from seagull. £10 cheaper and arrives within 30 mins.

Great portion size. Enough for dinner and lunch next day. Rice included with dish.prices fine 7.50 gbp approx a dish. Taste is good but not exceptional but in Hucknall they are among the best. Overall not too bad.
