The best Chinese in hucknall, was a bit gutted the Mongolian crispy lamb was taken off the menu, but still I won’t order from anywhere else.. 5 stars *****

I am really disappointed how I was treated when after many years of having regular takeaways I called to advise the crispy aromatic duck was fatty and not crispy at all. I asked for a refund of this and was told no refund available after 5 mins of going round in circles I eventually got them to refund this but there customer complaints handling leaves a lot to be desired. Please do not use as I will not be again as apparently all customer lie and try it on to get a free be and everyone is the same

Very disappointed, Ordered Chinese at 5:30 Sunday tasted like it was warmed up from the day before, prawn toast well done, barbecue ribs had no taste,wontons was chewy, waste of £26

New Hong Kong is the best food in the Midlands.. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff and delivery drivers are so nice...the food is amazing..crispy beef and the ribs are so good...I always tip my driver as they are so fast and friendly x

Really good food! Always consistent too. Not greasy or flavourless like some places. Have been coming here for over a year now and its spot on every time. Delivery time is normally pretty good and friendly staff. 100% recommended
