Absolutely the best Chinese in town and believe me we've tried them all we've had a meal 7/8 now and they never fail 100% food staff and delivery people very recommended

Food is nice but wthe prices are ridiculous this use to be a cheap ish place but lately the prices put me off using it,I'll go elsewhere

Changed threshold from £15 to £28 for free prawn crackers ....Ridiculous. no longer having our custom.

Great food, loads of it and a good price too

The food used to be decent, and generally still is, when they actually send it to you. We've had a few instances recently of them forgetting to send part of the meal. The last time we used them they forgot the lemon sauce for my wife's meal. They agreed to send us some, but of course the rest of my wife's meal was cold by then. When the sauce arrived my wife took the lid off to find a dead fly in the top of it. She rang the restaurant to complain and was told rather rudely by the owner that there was no way a fly came from them. My wife insisted that it of course had and she wanted a refund for just her part of the meal, and was told in no uncertain terms they didn't give even a partial refund, we could have a voucher for a free portion instead. So in short we would have to give them more money to see anything back for the inconvenience and more importantly insult of calling my wife a liar.Needless to say we will not be using them again, ever. I understand that there are a lot of unscrupulous people out there that will try things like that to get a free meal but we have spent over a thousand pounds with them over the last few years, they must know this, why treat a good customer so badly?Just use a different Chinese takeaway, we will.

Usually such good food but this time very late and the squid was so salty this time you couldn’t eat it. And for £7 a portion I usually expect more. All three of us couldn’t eat it and threw it in the bin. Might as well have chucked a £20 note in there

If I could rate 0 * I would. When the food finally arrived it was cold and missing items. I rang to complain the woman on the phone was extremely rude. Said I could have a refund if we hadn't touched the food! I wasn't risking food poisoning. Definitely do not recommend this place

The only good thing was how quick the delivery way. The food was disgusting. Ordered a happy paradise for it to come and be a pot of boiled rice with some pieces of what I think is pork and chicken which was rubbery with a small amount of barbecue sauce on the top for £6 odd!! I can’t believe the chef let that leave the kitchen and him be happy with it going to a customer, id be completely ashamed and embarrassed. The chips weren’t cooked and tasted old. Waste of money completely. Avoid at all costs.

Had delivery tonight and the driver wasn't Friendly and the food was awful. The only thing me and my mum enjoyed was the chips. Waste of money all thrown away wouldn't even give them a star but I have to so I can be able to do a review. Do NOT order from here!
