Not great, annoying app required to order whilst eating in! Can’t pay without filling in your name and email?? Dodgy! Miserable food, pizza undercooked, frozen chicken, plastic cheese and the onion rings! Think they’re making a 12,000.00% mark up on the onion rings

It's pizza and its better than dominos plus it's only 5 quid for a medium pizza

I got a large stuffed crust vegi sizzler and tear and share garlic bread from them yesterday and that was the BEST food I'd tasted in this area in a very long time..super fresh crispy golden crust ..lots of cheese and toppings and the garlic bread was so scrumptious..to die for...absolutely loved it..will come back for more soon ☺

Forgot my drink and hadn’t even bothered to cut the tear and share, disappointed.

Terrible customer service. Passing on blame to deliveroo for faults that the restaurant themselves made. Paid £40 for 2 pizza and 2 sides with dips. Dips arrived wrong, we received 1 pizza and it was the wrong flavour. Called the restaurant and spoke to the rudest hospitality manager I've ever experienced. Swearing at his staff whilst I could overhear on the phone. Said they had run out of the pizza topping we ordered so instead of asking deliveroo to contact us, they just sent the wrong pizza and only one of them, not 2 that I ordered. He told me to 'hold on before you start mouthing off'. Which I wasn't doing, I was a disgruntled customer that now had upset children and food that we couldn't eat. I will never eat from here again. Ruined our evening. I asked to speak to a manager. He told me that was him, so I asked for a contact number for his manager and he would not comply. As a hospitality worker myself, I would have gone above and beyond to firstly apologise (which I never received) and to try and recitify the situation rather than make every excuse to get away with the bad service. Even though the order was through deliveroo, being a delivery kitchen they could have sent out the correct order as an apology rather than argue with me down the phone. Very dissatisfied. This complaint could have been avoided with an apology and the correct order to be sent.

The guys in this place are brilliant. I went the night England won a game and I received a free drink for my big order. Happy crowd and make you welcome. Not like some places I've been in lately. Thanks for your upbeat attitude guys, keep it up.

Do you know what these guys are great , I've never had a bad order ... ever ! Its a bold statement to say its on par with the restaurants but they are !! 🙊🙉🙈 Staff have always been great and so are the drivers , bit gutted to move out the area because every few months when ya fancy spending 20 -30 quid on a pizza as a treat you want it to be great... and it always has been

Ordered myself and my partner a pepperoni feast pizza and cheesy triangles for our tea last night from the Sutton-in-Ashfield site and I’m sure to say we were not disappointed! The service from Chloe was brilliant and very friendly, makes a nice change to hear a positive voice from the phone. The food itself was all hot and tasted absolutely beautiful! Both the Mansfield and Sutton-in-Ashfield sites are brilliant and I’d recommend them to anyone who’s wanting a tasty pizza tea 😋🍕

Ordered 2 pizzas. a chicken fajita and a texas bbq. chicken fajita came with jalapenos which i dont like so called to ask for the correct pizza to be made and delivered and was greeted with a rude member of staff which blamed the ordering system and didnt seem to know their own menu. We ordered from here a few weeks prior and collected. Food was hot and was correct and we got dips however on delivery there were no dips this time. I was rudely told that dominoes do that but we dont. Food was also cold on arrival.
