The bread and quiches are absolutely fantastic it was on a off chance we popped in the area. My dad and my daughter nipped in once before and purchased the bread and so on and it was lovely so we nipped again .I would recommend the the shop and the food in it i would happily go again .

Usually happy with the place that's why i give 2 instead of 1star. Today I was the first customer at the door, got my baguettes (as aways), at home realised they weren't freshly made.

What a wonderful shop and such lovely produce. The bread is superb. Charming staff. Even though it is a distance to drive from where we live we shall certainly be returning to Hucknall. Easy parking with only a short walk to the shop. A Saturday morning is best as that's when they have their full range of bread and cakes. Check it on their website.

The best baguettes in the UK. Delicious real bread, no comparison with the stuff that passes for bread in supermarkets. We are lucky to have an artisan baker in Hucknall.

Really enjoy the White and Wholemeal rolls. Very tasty and fresh. Excellent customer service. Phil (the owner) goes beyond expectation to please.

I go as much as I can to to buy bread from this place (and regularly wish it was more often.) The baked goods are all delicious, and so is the other local produce that they sell. My whole house smells of freshly baked bread after I bring a loaf home and my favourite thing about Saturday morning shopping is coming back home to have a slice of bread from this little shop with honey or jam...

This has been a place I have been wanting to go for a while and not made it, of which is my mistake. The options of products from bread, croissants to flour made coming out with a few items very difficult. The bread we bought was still warm and when we ate it was not doughy but a pleasure to eat and we will be going back soon

Their gluten free bread is really delicious! The award winning dark loaf that I also got is the colour of chocolate throughout and complex and peppery in taste. Absolutely fantastic stuff! Customer service was friendly and I'll definitely be back. Keep up the fab work, guys!
