Very pleasant staff greeted us. The full English breakfast buffet looked amazing and we will almost certainly be having it when we visit again. Inside was well kept and tables were being wiped down after they were finished with ready for the next customers. Prices seemed pretty reasonable, too.

Well what can I say other than the meal is okay. I think if the chef could have cut the meat any thinner it would have been invisible. Also why serve smaller plates, people just pile their plates high and it is not a good look, serve 12 inch plates and presentation would be much better. One last thing the food is always warm, in fact tepid, a meal should be hot.Would I recommend? I would say, just go if you can't be bothered driving anywhere else and it is for convenience.

We popped in on the off chance and the staff was very accommodating..we had the carvery and it was lovely and enjoyed our time here and will be calling again. Thank you all for working on a bank Holiday so we can chill .

We came last night for a early mother's Day meal and we all ordered starters and burgers for mains, the starters were nice but my problem lies with the mains, the burgers (chicken and beef) were so over cooked I had to leave half of mine as it was rock hard, the chicken burgers were almost black and any cheese that had gone on was cremated, I really expected more as I've always loved coming here but it was seriously lacking last night. Clearly the chef's have something better to be doing as the pub was practically empty so we cannot say this was down to being busy and over stretched.

Very cheerful friendly staff. I struggle to get around but there was help from them to help me and my friend enjoy our meal. We had the carvery option and couldn't praise the food enough. Fabulous. We will certainly be coming here again.

Lovely carvery =) the gammon was fantastic 👌 Bar lady was superb and very helpful.

Massive shame this is the second bad experience. Ordered a special triple beef burger. After a long wait the burger arrived and it looked like a dried out mess, hardly any sauce, burgers like cardboard and chips were over cooked too. I was informed that the burgers had probably been ‘left in the oven too long’! Why not just fry/grill some decent quality meet. Evidently bought in frozen like the chicken burger last time. Unreal for a £12 burger. Honestly a rustlers or double cheeseburger from maccies would of tasted better. Replaced for a Carvery which was better. Won’t be returning despite living literally round the corner unfortunately.

Great food all round. Order on the app too so no need to wait at the bar. Only queue is at the carvery sometimes but was very busy when we attended and everything moved quickly. Would recommend.

The restaurant is not bad.The food is cooked fresh although they can be a little slow and despite the stonehouse idea, I would have expected a stone baked pizza not otherwise. Then again, this is not a pizzeria, but for pizza day I would have expected a better delivery. The dough did not taste like proper Pizza Dough but more like bread dough and the lack of a brick-oven reflected on the final product. The food won't disappoint but won't impress either.
