Felt like we had walked into someones house, the attitude of the old lady behind the bar was the worst I have ever seen....TIP... cost of living crisis... people like our family who can afford to go out will keep you in business... CTFU

LANDLADY VERY ABRUPT. YOUNG BOYS SERVING BEHIND THE BAR PLAYING ON THEIR PHONES VERY UN PROFESSIONAL. MAKES ONE FEEL VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND SHOULDNT BE THERE WHEN PAYING HIGH PRICES FOR THE BEER AND WINE .

Drink ,staff and atmosphere brilliant but food not so good .

We booked a table for mother Day because we didn't have any cash or app on my phone we couldn't order the meal staff wasn't very helpful so we left

Really enjoyable good home cooked food value for money nice clean surroundings pleasant staff would go again

Came for family birthday meal, they Wasn't very welcoming,felt like an inconvenience to the rude lady behind the bar, we booked in advance the menu on fb was outdated also didn't tell us we can't pay for food on card until we arrived but did let us pay on card for drinks which I found strange? and although we've absolutely loved coming previously for the food this day it wasn't very nice and tasted way too salty. Was quite disappointed with the whole experience.

Unfortunately l feel that l didn't receive a friendly welcome which l can live with. However, when our meals arrived the chips were only warm and a friends jacket wasn't hot either. Given some of the excellent reviews we must have chosen a bad day to visit 😀Lots of parking available with disabled access.Large seating area outside.Dogs 🐕 welcome in middle bar and pool room
