Burger King in Bassetlaw

Had to wait 15 minutes because they were vegan meals, the bag was overfilled so was difficult to check we had everything, but once we get home we can see that the dips weren't added and we were charged an extra 20p per dip, the vegan nuggets only had 5 after paying for 6. Just frustrating that you have to literally count nuggets just to ensure you get what you pay for 😂

So when did the burgers become half the size? Not only did we remortgage to get a family meal as a treat, we were hit with the smallest burgers ever. I've left a review before, thinking it would perk up. Clearly I was wrong.To top it off, burger came cold, no lettuce or anything. The fries were stale and had clearly been left for ages under a hot lamp. Felt like they'd been reheated from the night before. Pretty sure my sons cheese burger was meant to have cheese in it too.Mcdonalds down the road would have been better and their shut.To the owner of this place. We really tried, we've been a few times previously and thought it was just teething problems since you're new. Clearly I was wrong. Staff haven't a clue, your burgers are atrocious (wasn't expecting the Ritz, but have some pride in your work) rubbish left of tables, staff standing around looking dumbfounded at customers. Food left under hot lamps, had to ask three times for cheesy bites that I ordered and pretty sure the tables haven't been wiped since last year.

Very poor.Had to wait. To get a whopper with no tomato or lettuce and one bit of onion.And 2 orders of onion rings. If I'd wanted 12 I'd have asked for 12. And they charged me for them.Will stick to maccysAnd the feedback url on the receipt is invalid.

After a 12hr shift at the hospital I decided to treat myself to a meal as it was late (20.30)I only had cash so I went in to order and waited to be served... Time passes and I see a woman on her phone, a man walkes and looks at me then scuttles back into the back. Giving him the benefit of the doubt as I thought he was either going to get someone or wash his hands before serving me but unfortunately nobody came. After a long wait I left the store foodless and continued on my way home. Worst service I've ever had or didn't have.

It's not been open long, but the last two times we visited we've not been overly impressed. It was definitely better during the first few weeks of business. Obviously, I'm talking about the food, the building and service remains the same. We much prefer BK to McD's but I think we'll give it a miss this weekend, maybe check back in a week or two. The main issue is the burger buns and the patties seemed dry, like the bread was on its last day so to speak.

I was surprised and shocked that I was charged a "service charge" at checkout, I only noticed as I pressed to pay. Why a service charge for a take out? the delivery was extra so what is it for? cooking the food is, surely, their prime function; it is especially galling because the food is not cheap (especially when considering the size of the portions) in the first place. The food was barely warm when it arrived, though it was within the delivery time (just) not helped by the fact that the cold drinks had been put on top of the bags containing the 'hot' food. The food itself was tasty and 'as described' apart from the size of the two cheeseburgers which I would describe as 'Bite size' for an average human being, the other burger was passable as a normal size burger. Generally not a good experience I could get nearly twice as much, at half the price (and hot when delivered) from another eatery in Worksop. I know because I usually buy from them---- they were closed last night, or I would have. I will NOT buy from here again, ever. Basically HALF as much for TWICE the price.

Terrible food stone cold for £12 !! For a meal burger took back and gave me the same one back

I ordered a double whopper splashing half my bank balance on the bad boy. Sat in my car all excited. Took a few chunky bites only to find gherkins, so what do I do. Open it up and chuck em. Only when I opened my burger I found 3 long dark female hairs mixed in with the mayo. Safe to say fumin. Honestly ruined my experience cause I was genuinely excited, it was my first Burger King in a while. 2 stars for the first few bites and the banging onions rings. Edit: just went round for a milkshake and she said the machines broken, defo lying could hear in her voice.

Surprised at the reviews say its quite! It was crowded when I went one saturday early afternoon and under staffed everyone is waiting in line for more than 30 minutes to get the order, and almost everyone lost their patience! Should have gone to the drive through! I dont know what madness made me go inside to order

Got here for first time and was impressed by quality of burgers and chips, yes its a bit expensive comparing to MAC and KFC but can't compare the quality and very fast got my order. I will come again to try some other burgers 🤗
