Carlton Grill And Pizza in Bassetlaw

Moved to Carlton about a year ago and we'd only just heard about this place from a suggestion by a work colleague. What a hidden gem of a takeaway! Delivery is always prompt by the friendly delivery driver and the only takeaway in the area as far as we can tell that provides plastic cutlery, lemon fresh wipes and napkins in the bag (lovely touch!). The best thing by far is that they don't microwave their chips & cheese like everyone else, makes the world of difference! The square pizzas are excellent and the popcorn chicken is gorgeous. The new local takeaway for us now, easily!

We order from Pizza King Carlton quite often, the food is amazing delivery time great, staff lovely. On one occasion we had someone with a milk allergy we explained this to them, the staff/manager went out of their to make sure we were catered for. Even after ordering online they rang us to make sure the ingredients were OK. I would highly recommend this takeaway.

Good menu, pleasant staff always helpful.I usually go and pick it up. The staff are wearing masks and two at a time are allowed in shop.

Our order is always a bit of a pain.. but it always comes perfect!! The Fries are always nice and crisp and the calzone is always perfect. No.61 👌👊

Really nice food. Piping hot, ready in good time and very generous portion size. The chicken combo is easily enough for two people. Great value for money.

Food was late and cold when it turned up. The chicken was hard and unedible. Asked for two chicken burgers and a hamburger however ended up with three chicken burgers. Due to the wait we were all hungry so settled with what we got. However will not be ordering from here again. Very disappointing.

Placed my order. One and a half hours later I called to see where it was and they said it's on its way. Another hour went by so I called again for them to tell me the order is just being cooked. The place is a joke full of lairs. Very rude staff and the food ( if you get it ) is of average quality or below. Nothing special about this place. Would not recommend...
