Costa Coffee in Bassetlaw

The staff are amazing here, Specially Alice is soo friendly and welcoming: My son suffers with allergies and they’ve always made sure it was safe for him. I visit daily for a coffee :)

Really nice people who served me. Two girls, one with glasses and one with black hair. Think their was a promotion on coasters so thought I'd buy one which made their day. Went in 28/2 1530

I'm at Costa at Blyth service station on A 1,it clean and spacious, coffee hot and freshly made, love little cat and dog ginger biscuits. Staff are cheerful and helpful. Seats comfy. Children's area.

Just left Costa Coffee at Blyth they seemed to be short staffed my coffee is cold in fact if it wasn't for the big queue I would have taken it back expensive rubbish today usually its OK but awful this trip.

The coffee was a reliably good, Costa standard. The service was slow, indifferent. No greeting or hello, no smiles, I have a slightly quirky order and I was treated like it was annoying rather than being asked for details. The lass serving wasn't in uniform and there was an open packet of the sweets by the till. Felt unwelcome

Horrible girl with a massive attitude which is unusual for Costa coffee. She was rude, attitude and unhelpful. You ask for a coffee with 1 extra shot and she just confuses ur and starts saying about 3 shots!. Clearly expects customers to know how much coffee is in a coffee and likes to think she is above customers. Snatched cards and then left receipt near the inside of the counter without saying anything. When asked she simply pointed and walked away. Never come across a Costa employee such as her. Even other customers looked horrified by her attitude. She could have quite easily took the order as a coffee with an extra shot, all other staff across the country have no issue with this and understand it and dont start asking if you want 3 shots and how 2 plus 1 makes 3 (yes she actually said that!). Disgusting service.

Black forest hot chocolate I got today. The staff didn't even tell me they run out of milk. Not happy with it at all!

Visited here around 1015. Took fully 10 minutes for an Americano to go to be produced by two staff working really in effectually in tandem. When you want to grab a coffee and go you want slick, efficient service. This was not it. Won't use this service again.
