Fred's in Bassetlaw

The waitress are lovely they take good care of you but the two old men and the lady are rude and don’t listen. They rush you and don’t give the girls their tips, the lady at the front needs to stop going on her phone and the two men are rude. The food is good however the service is horrible. Would not recommend going there. The place never looks clean and the girls look like they don’t want to work with the people but they are lovely to talk to.

Great Chinese, always been a gem. Lived in Sheffield for a number of years and the ones on London Road couldn’t beat this place. Only downside is they don’t deliver.

Went here last night, at short notice, excellent food, great attentive service. First time here but won't be the last. Highly recommended. Soooo much better staff that Spencer's on the Square

A feast for kings.. delicious and super service 1time and will not be my last .. and our gran daughter loved the fish too.xx

I lived in Hong Kong and travelled China. There were very few places that do food as well as Fred's. Its such a shame I get full, but I never waste a single crumb... So delicious.

Came tonight for the Chinese new year party! i’m a regular and come often, food was amazing as always, atmosphere was brilliant and staff were lovely. can’t fault it. the lion dance was brill! highly recommend.

Been having take aways for years and recently tried out the restaurant for the first time, service was super. Quite loud from a big table next to us but all having fun so can’t blame them! Food was 10/10.

Lovely food as usual. All of us were very happy with our choices. Menu is too long for me to cope with so I tend to order the first thing I spot. Tables could do with being a bit bigger as well, but other than that the service was good and everyone else seemed happy too.

No accessible toilets, big disappointment.The food here is lovely and all the staff were too. The issue we had was the lack of accessible toilets and a tight squeeze through the restaurant in a wheelchair to find out that the doorway to the toilet was not even big enough to get a wheelchair in.It's very disappointing that no thought was given to wheelchair users and meant our meal was cut short to rush home for the toilet.

We had a great meal and the staff were very nice, I was given what I thought was right but I didn't like it, the man changed it to what I like at no extra cost
