Nice little cafe.food ok, however my granddaughter chose from the children's menu, a cheese and ham pannini, they said they had been busy so choice was very limited. There was no ham left, there's butcher's shop next door that sells lovely ham. My granddaughter was half way through when I asked her if her food was nice, she replied it's only bread nanny. I looked in her pannini, there was a slither of cheese on the edge ( wish id taken a pic) when the waitress arrived with our bill I had been charged for a cheese and ham pannini. I told her u have no ham! She returned after asking someone what to do and said, we make no money on the children's menu so we still charged for the ham. Seeing my granddaughters face I didn't want to get into a discussion about it so I just paid and left. I told my granddaughter, sometimes it's better to say nothing because I didn't want to upset her. I'll show what I think with my feet, and of course my review. Needless to say we won't be visiting again. There's plenty of lovely local cafes to eat in around here maybe the proprietor should bear that in mind.

Good for Retford, but not great overall.Feel like an overall lack of quality in the food is countered by a massive amount of chips to fill you up.Coffee is alright - dirty chai with oat milk was my choice.I’d probably go to Mama Giussi’s across the road.

First time visit for my wife and myself.Very clean place and we were served quickly. The girls serving were very polite and cheerful. The coffee i had was one of the best i've had in ages.We will certainly visit again soon.

Our now regular once a week favourite place for breakfast. Food is first class and the flat white is second to none in the town :). The staff are wonderful and always welcoming and my fussy breakfast order is accepted without so much as a raised eyebrow! Highly recommended :)

Great cafe, the sourdough bread and spinach with my breakfast was fresh and perfectly cooked. Flat white also miles ahead of the Costa over the road. Service was friendly and good value too. A perfectly executed high street cafe.

Very nice, relatively new, coffee shop in the pedestrian section of Retford. 5 minute walk from the bus station and plenty of parking here and there dotted around. Nice staff, good coffee and large selections of savoury and sweet treats. NOT A GREASY CAFE! #enjoy

Love the breakfast, all elements actually taste nice or even delicious. Coffee has flavour that makes you order a further cup and the cakes....yummy yummy yummy. Finally we'll done to the staff who work hard but have time to listen and make you feel valued.

Quite charming, Welcoming, friendly atmosphere & quick service. Is full most of the time so you're in for a wait.I've been a hand full of times with my partner and overall the food is good, although the pancakes were dry.

We had a lovely brunch and especially enjoyed the avo on toast and the eggs royale!

Stopped here for a quick bite. Lovely place to relax. We had a few different dishes including the vegetarian breakfast, pancakes, and a panini. All were delicious. Coffees were great.Bathrooms are upstairs, but were clean.Staff were the highlight, very friendly and helpful. Made us feel very welcome.
