Mcdonald's Restaurants in Bassetlaw

Typical trip to McDonald's on a Saturday. Average.

They were so short staffed tonight and was really busy both Inside and the drive through. We had missed something off our order and we asked if they could rush the missed item through so we could eat together. Harvey sorted it for us. Great customer service from a young man. Well done.

Came here on evening for on my daughters birthday. We all had a Decent meal. McDonald's taste is what you expect and it was all very nice. Loved the layout of this restaurant as we could all sit round a table. There are 6 of us and it was big enough for us. Had a great time. Food came quite quickly and got the sauces pretty easy too. It was not very busy which was nice and there were not a sea of uber eats delivery drivers standing around making the place look untidy which you are customed to expect nowadays. All in all a really nice meal out with my family👪 🙏❤

Erm... Do you cook the hash browns in the paper?

Me and wife have been going there since it moved from town.at first the food was good but notice a delcine in the stand of food.and staff in the past year or so.1st point you go trough the drive trough and the food is cold or missing iterms.2nd you order for delivery and yet again food is cold and missing or wrong iterms in order.my last vist was friday 21.01.22 i had to wait in the wait in the grill pick up for five mins and when apporched by staff to hand food over she said sorry for the wait in turn i replied thats ok solong has the food was hot she replied lets hope so which means they are not checking food tempretures before handing to customers and yes the food was cold fries was sogy and burgers had no flavour except the sause they provided.very disapointed within the standards of drop and decline of service of this (RESTAURANT)

I wouldn't eat here unless you don't mind finding the odd pube on your food! Apparently this doesn't even warrant a refund, just a £10 off when you spend £20 voucher. Ermm no thanks.

Very convenient location and they rarely get the order wrong. I wish they wouldn't prioritise the drive through over walk-in customers so much, but I guess that's the reality or risk cars queuing around the corner

The food is good but personally I like the milkshakes best. The only problem they have is that rats and mice live around the place. Apparently none got in but I would be careful of what you order. :)

Only 3 stars at the moment, been here a few times and the wait times have been awful. Food is sometimes barely put together but still niceThe main redeeming factor is the staff, regardless of it all they remain positive and happy. And they are holding this place up I cant admire their hard work enoughMcflyrry machine seems to be down alot aswell but thats becoming standard in most mcdonalds it feels like

we waited for our food and when we brought it home to eat it, the fries tasted like they had been sat there for an hour on the side, both burgers, was stone cold un eatable, and the cheesy bites was like rubber..... the only good thing about the meal tonight was the coffee, even tho i ordered a large and medium and got 2 medium coffees, absolute disgrace
