McDonalds in Bassetlaw

After I got there both drive through and inside were full so I left Staff looked like they couldn't keep up with all the orders at one stage

Newly built franchise with friendly staff and good service. We got our full order, which is rare nowadays at most McDonalds. We visited twice while visiting family. Didn't disappoint.

Is McDonalds, Ronald would be proud. Update: still the best way in the nearest 100 metres to increase the overall percentage of visceral fat in your body. Recommended

Service is inconsistent. Good sometimes but no do good others. For example, today straight up to the order point and had to wait 2 minutes to get responded to then had to queue 6 minutes to get my food. Drove 5 minutes home and opened my food and it was not very hot. Other days at the same time, short wait and hot food, go figure.

When going to this Macdonald's don't expect to get what you pay for they seem to skimp on everything. Order a large chips and you nearly get a medium in a large box. Then when you go in to when they miss something out of your order you pretty much get called a liar. So go at your own risk.

Looks like "remove 1 beef" means remove both and bacon as well... Found out after came back home..

Went through the drive through, very quick service with a smile. Such a refreshing thing to see as usually most staff are 'get it and go' but I cannot fault the staff in this branch. Absolutely wonderful

Absolutely disappointing place. Food preparation time is far too long. Kitchen staff walk around like they have nothing to do. No one cares if you need anything, you just stand on the counter and everyone pretend you are not there 🙂 Cleaning staff are on the shop floor all the time but they are not interested in cleaning at all. The lady in purple hair walks around having a conversation with customers trying to eat... When she finally decides to empty the bins as the manager edvised she mixed recycled stuff with the general waste.

Service even worse than usual, had to reverse out of the drive thru lane along with 2 or 3 other vehicles after waiting with no service. By the time I'd been inside, placed and recieved my order it was about 15 minutes later. No apology for being made to wait at the drive thru however by the time I left it was coned off.

One of the new style double serving windows . Getting more cars through quicker and can pull round the cars in front once you have your order. Car park is massive loads of spaces. Only gripe and this is the same for most McDonald’s, is the bins for throwing your rubbish in. Should be on the drivers side next to where you exit the car park. This would encourage people to put their rubbish in the bin instead of the usual dumping out the window.
