Have ordered from here multiple times and never had an issue.Chicken balls are often crispy and deliciousSalt and pepper chips are a decent size and enjoyable. Never had an issue with them being soggyWe've ordered when friends and family have visited and it's often those same people who request us to order again when they re visit.Posting now as I'm planning on ordering again Saturday.

The last few times the food has been cold. Quite disappointing after ordering for 3 years. But microwaving your food when it arrives is not part of the deal

Food is always good apart from when the drivers can't find us and the food is either cold or full of condensation from sitting in packaging too longSo we now prefer to pick up ourselves which is fine as we are literally three minutes away

Orderd tea time today the order came upto 35.80 what a waste of money the salt and pepper chicken wings were like they had been cooked and warmed in a microwave dumplins were very under cooked spring rolls were burned to a crisp prawn toast burned only thing that was ok was the prawn foo young i phoned and complaind the lady said il send you the items out again only for them to come the same burned and horrible

Absolutely disgusting food and massively overpriced. My daughter and I both got food poisoning from here and they weren't in the slightest bit bothered. Avoid the place. Greasy soggy chowmein, dry ribs, burnt prawn toast. Just gross.

Only ever ordered from here since we moved and useually the foods fantastic however tonight i am highly disapointed ordered chicken crispy noodles for the noodles to not even be cooked. And the chicken looked barely done.... deffinately crispy!! my partner ordered the orange duck (wich he allways gets) to find a huge bone in it that has cracked his tooth in half !! 🤢 in fairness to royal grand after some back and forth on the phone they did send out a replacemejt for the noodles that were actually cooked

We order from here quite often but tonight it was inedible. Chicken was from yesterday. It was cold. Was ordered without certain ingredients but it came with all of the ingredients. Phoned up to complain to be told there's nothing can be done apart from a free bag of chips. £16 gone down the drain and still starving

Very bad experience. Ordered my food on just eat at 8:25pm and got an update to say it would be here at 9:25pm. 9:45pm had no update ,telephone call to say it would be late. Tried calling with no answer as the phone was ringing off. When managed to get in touch I got told it was on its way. I ended up driving to the place to find out where are food was. No offer to refund or anything like that. And a manager wasn't present to try help with customer service.Food turned up at 10:25pm and the quality of the food was average with the chicken ratio to the rice was appauling. The food did taste good but not to the point for a two hour wait.Will never use this place again and will tell people the same

The absolute best Chinese I have EVER had!Food always very tasty and fresh, not greasy at all. You can see they take pride in their meals. Not to mention 5 star food hygiene rating. Lovely and helpful staff taking orders. Will never order from anywhere else.
