First time visiting today and pleasantly surprised. Viewing on the map I felt it might be slightly smaller than the West Bridgford Notcutts but actually, it was better! Will definitely be back!

Went to purchase a few items and the cashier was talking to a colleague the whole way through my transaction. Didn't say a word to me at all. By all means talk to your colleague but do pay attention when you are serving customers.

We use to go here all the time but when they stopped the free drinks and meals offer on the loyalty card we fell out with the place especially as i had just renewed my card and then lockdown started and when they were finally open you couldn't get a free drink unless you bought a meal .Then we went on lockdown again so by the time things opened up my card was due to renew again and i hadn't used it. They didn't honour any of the missed drinks unlike Dobbies so that was £12 wasted. I didn't renew.

Lovely cafe, farm shop and garden centre. Lots of choice in all areas and attentive staff. We'll behaved dogs allowed inside the garden centre and at the outside seating area of the cafe.

·

Spot of lunch- nice. Good selection of plants. They were just arranging garden furniture displays, so may have to pay another visit!

Bought just over £300 worth of espalier fruit trees, the 3 stars are for the trees, I deducted 2 stars for the customer service...Having spent this amount at this garden centre... I initially asked one of the garden centre staff some questions regarding these trees, his initial response was "as long as I don't have to go out there (ie hinting out in the rainy weather), I'll answer your questions"...So I ended up pushing 4 of these espalier trees on a wobberly trolly back to the van, trying to navigate through the aisles (on my own and my leg is made out of rod and bolts!)... Some of your staff need training on customer service skills. How about treating your customers with a little more respect, more so when they spend good money at your store.

Lots of Gardening related items and plants as well as a pet area for sales. Good cafe in the Garden Centre plus another cafe in the Harley Courtyard.

We went to the Dukeries on Monday and while chatting about the last time we called there it was over a year ago. We used to go regularly but fell out of the habit when they cancelled free coffees If you paid membership of £10 per year and offers on meals. Eg two for price of one or second half price. We alway used to buy something when we were there. On one occasion we sent £54+. Compare that to Dobbies where we still enjoy free coffee. Visit two or three times a month. Can't remember the last time we didn't spend when there. So Dukeries how about doing free coffees. While there we purchased two coffees and a sausage roll. After sitting down to enjoy we noticed on the receipt for £6 that if we had bought two coffees and two sausage rolls it would have cost £6. Nobody told us.

Two recent trips to the garden centre buying plants for our new patio area. Amazing customer service from staff especially the advice from Dawn who was very knowledgeable. Good range of plants. Met all our needs. Thank you.
