Ruby’s Pizza in Bassetlaw

took a while and had very rude service, didn’t feel welcome on the phone. it’s come after 2 and a half hours and it’s cold. not happy wouldn’t even put 1 star if it was an option. never again!!! 🙄🚮

Pizzas aren't cooked properly - doughy in the middle. Chicken tikka wrap - the chicken itself was rock hard - it wasn't freshly cooked, order was there within 10 minutes - it takes longer than that to cook food! There were probably about 5 pieces of chicken in the whole wrap. Cheesy chips were white and not cooked properly. Prices are extortionate including delivery charge. Won't be ordering again from here.

Accepted our order at 5:20 and then waited 40 minutes before cancelling it, just as our food should have arrived. If you know you won’t be going ahead with the delivery then don’t accept it in the first place.

Our stuffed crust pizza arrived with burnt crusts. Luckily on this occasion we could eat most of the pizza but we couldn’t eat the crusts which defeated the object of ordering a stuffed crust! This also happened last week and when we rang to complain they were argumentative about it. Reluctantly they agreed to deliver a new one. We thought we’d give them another try this week but after receiving another burnt pizza we will not be ordering from here again.

It took 2 hours for the food to arrive phoned 1.5 hrs into waiting and was told be with you in a min 2 hours and it arrived the driver was a right miserable and once got the food was cold. Unfortunately I won't be ordering again.

ordered food last night at 9:30. got to 10:30 still was not there so i rang up noone answered then it got to 12 and my food still was not here and i had already paid for it. went out this moring to find that they had left it out side my neighbours(who were not in) and it was sat there overnight. no attempt to deliver to the right adress. also they gave us the rong pizzas and the wrong sizes. very disapionted and we have used them before covid started and they where great not sure what has happend but not eating from there again unless i collect it TERRIBAL>

Back as a regular customer love their pizzas loads of toppings and delicious ; can't comment on meaty products as a veggie but my family love them. Generous portions, friendly and efficient staff throughout the shop. The front of house staff are on first name terms with my husband. Only my waistline limits how often we go there. Really good value, highly recommended.

Absolutely appauling, spent £24... waited for 45 mins outside the shop, asked for chicken kebab gave us donner meat and no sauce which we asked for, Ordered a chicken wrap very small hardly any meat, no dip which we paid for and chips came with hardly any cheese on... would not go here again!!!! When rang to complain said they would... sort us out... AVOID!!!
