Starbucks in Bassetlaw

2nd visit. Staff polite ,usual Starbucks coffee was no different , , like this place , Costa staff need to come to Starbucks to get training

Visited to use the toilet which had urine all over the seat and floor. Handy to stop off though if on a long journey

Nice place. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff

Clean, I used it as a meeting point, it seems a popular place, they don't serve decaf tea so I didnt make a purchase okay

Normally love this place but today 1 staff member was rude, food was left to get cold and not enough staff on to deal with drive through and inside orders

The staff was lovely, and explained to me the difference between a couple of new drinks etc. Had a nice relaxing catch up coffee date with a friend, nice place would definitely return.

Food good, but absolutely no one, staff or customers wearing face masks.

The slowest service ever ! This cafe would break the record for slow service. I had to wait 18 minutes for a medium latte. Four members of staff and nobody seemed to know how to work quick. Would never go there again.

This may be the slowest Starbucks in the world. Just as well there’s a Travelodge here, you might need a room while they prepare your order.

Always very clean and the staff are so polite mannered and spirited. Only can say that a green tea with almond milk is absolutely awful ! Not the staffs fault, just one of those things. X
