Been coming here loads since its been refurbished, they've done a fabulous job, however I've always found the food very hit and miss, for instance the wraps and baguettes are lovely and great value for money.I had the mac and cheese, the seabass and even though their twice the price they were very underwhelming. Its pricey, but I find the food just isn't consistent, like some of the more expensive dishes really lacks flavour and are dare I say boring. Not going back for a while, it's just not worth the prices they charge and now they've changed the menu again and I've tried most things, there's nothing that is particularly different from other cheaper pubs in the area. Its a shame because the pub, menu and staff, started out so well! But it's lost its spark a little for me.

Amazing food. I had the beer Battered fish and chips and my wife went with the steak and we both agreed the meals were delicious. Rochelle our server was attentive and friendly and the fires on such a cold day was a welcome addition. We will definitely be returning for a second helping

First time to visit this place today. Only had a soft drink but the staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. The food that was coming out looked delicious. I'm planning on visiting for food next time

Always happy to drop in here and the Greendale Oak for reliable food and drink in a good setting. Great that Worksop has the Millhouse. Love the decor and staff have always been great, especially as we often go mob-handed with numerous under-10s!

Went for lunch here for our first visit. It was fairly quiet so it was a little disappointing to wait over half an hour for a couple of wraps with fries.Having said that, the food itself was very tasty.Staff were great, very professional and friendly and the overall atmosphere of the place was quite relaxing. Will visit again for an evening trip next time thanks

The food was lovely, as was the setting. For a quiet lunch time the starters took nearly an hour to come out. It was explained that this was due to staff shortages, information which would of been nice at the point of ordering.

Amazing food, really pleasant and helpful staff! Couldn't ask for me. Really good prices. There was a problem with one desert and they sorted it straight away and came back with extras! Highly recommended.

First time visiting . I work in Worksop but live in South Lincolnshire and was looking to book a table to meet a friend with no idea where was good. The Millhouse looked nice from the website so I booked it. Very impressed. Lovely place and the staff are so attentive and friendly. My friend and I both ordered steaks which were cooked to perfection. The only fault was that we ordered different styles of chips and sauce and the sauces were given the wrong way around. Not a major problem but the only reason why I haven't given 5 stars. I will be returning again soon and would definitely recommend it.

Perfect Day.. Went to see new James Bond film and after we called in without booking to the Mill House. They were able to seat us even though extremely busy. Ordered the Sunday Roast along with my son. I had the pork, he had the beef. WOW !!! the portions were large and even better, tasted fantastic. Truly delicious. I would say the best I've had in years and that's saying something. We eat out regularly trying different venues and this rates in my top 3. Prices were fair but I paid extra as it was worth the expense. Definitely will be visiting again. Thank you for the great service and lovely meals.

Had an amazing meal here! Rang to book a table about 90 minutes before we wanted to eat, they said they were full but could squeeze us in. Table we were given was in a corner which appeared to be a walk through, lots of people walking past, it was also very high up. The meal itself was lovely! Portions are plentiful. Staff were very helpful, pleasant and polite. We asked if we could go have a drink outside between main course and dessert and then ordered dessert outside (wasn't as busy by this time). The waitress we had dealt with made a point of coming to tell us that they stop serving food at 9pm so if we wanted dessert we had to order it now. I had chocolate cheesecake (after asking which cheesecake was available waitress didn't inform me it had nuts in the salted caramel sauce) my partner had key lime pie. Both were again lovely (apart from the nuts). When we received our bill for deserts and drinks there were 2 drinks on it we hadn't ordered. Staff quickly sorted this, apologised and refunded us no problem. We are not local to the area and asked for a telephone number to order a taxi. We were given 3 numbers and on 2nd attempt booked one. Very impressed all in all and would highly recommend. If ever we are in the area again we will definitely go back.
