We had afternoon tea - food was ok - not keen on the Irish theme though - but the service was shocking, waitresses need to be a bit more attentive. We were missing items from the afternoon tea, we weren’t brought fresh plates for dessert - they brought them when requested but left the dirty plates on the table. Didn’t bring our teas and coffees until we asked for them. Drinks service was really bad. Cocktails were really poor for the price. This is our 3rd afternoon tea but it has put us off returning for another 🙁

The pub appearance was good, inviting and plenty of character, great service, and menu, food was good but some small mistakes which were only noticed once I had pointed them out, they were then apologised for . All in all the food was nice and service very friendly

Really enjoyed a lunchtime meal here yesterday. The restaurant is really cosy and quite quaint, very traditional feel, but tastefully decorated.Service was excellent, I couldn't fault any of the staff. Everyone was really friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, all hot, served well on time, just enough time to digest each course, but not too long to wait that you are starting to get irritated. The venue was clean, classy with plenty of parking options.I can be fussy when paying good prices for food, but not here, quality!Highly recommend this place, can't imagine anyone coming away disappointed.

Lovely place to eat, found it by chance. Staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Although we only ordered sandwiches, they were surprisingly very filling, and tasty. Fabulous service, will definitely return

Great food and service. The ham hoc was massive.

·

Great food, although the portion size can be a little off-putting. Definitely need to book if you want to eat in the restaurant especially on Fridays and the weekend. Didn't taste any of the beer as was driving

·

Excellent service and fantastic food at a very reasonable price. We'll be back

·

Nice setting modern well maintained. Went for lunch not too busy. Staff helpful but short on staff so food was slow coming. Nice when it arrived
