Yates Worksop in Bassetlaw

Lifeless place full of corpses being fair it is Worksop which doesnt help it but the atmosphere was absolutely awful which is what carries a pub.

Smashing fare and drinks.Comfortable layout with good service and great surrounds and seating.

Watched Mansfield playoff final , with some work mate's,great vibe in there, plus the Barman was excellent, really quick and very friendly. 👍

According to the website,they do food here. But no, they don't. It was just a big open space, similar to a 'Spoons, with afternoon drinkers.

Couple of girls on bar very rude. Place never seems busy and not helpful. Was out with mates one Saturday night and was but of trouble but a lad collecting glasses was very helpful and reassuring. Poor lad was doing all hard work alone while some of the girls on bar were on phones while he was left on his own. Prices are high and much better pubs in area so very much doubt we will all be going back in again. Its OK doing the place up but pub was way better before it changed hands. Had better atmosphere and better staff and was busier too. Now been ruined.

Love the fact that your getting nice bar staff , especially katelin from the unicorn. She's very lovely and confident. So was the bar girl on Monday 18th will be back.from val and Mike.

No kids allowed.As soon as our party entered the seating area, we were told that they had a no kids policy. There were 7 of us in total and we were forced to take our custom elsewhere. I'm glad they're able to turn away customers in the current climate (bearing in mind, there were no more than 2 or 3 in the entire building). I'll take my family and my custom to any one of the other pubs not living in the 19th century.
