Burger King in Blaby

Lost my order and manager said “oh we make mistakes when we’re busy”. Glad he’s not a pilot or a doctor. The menu on the self service is incomplete and they say it’s due to out of stock items yet onion rings aren’t there despite being an extra offered at check out? Guys you’re just muppets ok?

It's Burger King you know what you are getting, food more expensive than the other burger chain but tastier. This is a service station on the M1 it's not high quality but it keeps the hunger pangs at bay and allows a leg stretch

Very busy, self-ordering kiosks all went off-line for 2 minutes when trying to order.When we ordered food was prepared and surprisingly quickly for how busy it was. Help self to sauces, straws & serviettes. Food was hot & tasty. Time of visit early afternoon, Saturday.

Firstly, the food is just like any other burger king.You can't have a tray to put your food on, so when ordering 5 meals with drinks you are expected to carry them all to the table without a tray.Kids meals no longer come with toys, or anything that makes them a kid's meal. A kid's meal is basically just a small portion, nothing like at McDonald's.Would have rated 1 star if the XL bacon triple cheeseburger wasn't so tasty!

Ordered on just eat missing half the order and when it arrived over an hour late it was cold. Went down the the service station at Leicester Forest East North bound the assistant manager was very rude claiming the delivery driver must of took the food out of a sealed bag. he even took his name badge off so I could not get his name. Burger King home of the rude staff... Not whopper

Great burger king if you need a quick something whilst on the road. They have self serve kiosks for card payments which are straight forward and have a good choice on the menu. Staff were helpful although only downside to this burger king was that they didn't have any extra sauce apart from ketchup :(

Food cold, extremely rude staff, too bust chatting with each hother to notice or make an attempt to serve me, will never visit again

Very good place all the staff are very kind and welcoming especially Prem he was really kind to us he knows how to treat his customers right.Excellent customer service from Prem loved my experience at burger king.every time I travel from now I'm gonna come to this burger king.I hope he does well!

Arrived at 11.15pm at Leicester Forest East so the food was freshly prepared and good quality. Luckily we ate in the restaurant as, unfortunately, first the fries were missing from our order and when we further checked the onion rings were also missing. Although quickly rectified, with freshly prepared fries and rings I am wondering what it would be like when we were not the only customer.

It's a service station BK so it's all the stuff you get at a normal BK just much more expensive. They've really tried to push self ordering on the screens but 5 out of 6 weren't working today, also they had no mayo. Staff really miserable which is fair enough if your in a BK on New Year's Day but you're not the one paying £20 for a couple of average burgers, at least pretend you're happy.
