Fish and Chip Co in Blaby

Come up from Manchester to stay in a hotel stopped here for tea and got the mega sizzler box absolutely amazing food fed the 5of us with plenty to spare. Definatly reccomened

Absolutely amazing!!!!I came in this afternoon for some chips enjoyed them that much I tried the new mega box deals. Was fresh and amazing food. Perfect service people are great in here. Definitely coming back again. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Sent the kids up to get a treat for dinner. Missing bits of the order. Battered sausages are burnt. Curry sauce resembles baby poo and didn’t taste much better. Cheesy chips covered in vinegar (why?!) making them inedible…even the dog wouldn’t touch it and she eats cat poo. Best part is, kids were first in the shop to order and pay yet everyone was given their food before them. Will not be using again. At the price they charged I expected much better quality. Will stick with Water gate on just eat, cheaper and a million times nicer

Ordered from deliveroo. Naan must've been microwaved, as it was rock solid and absolutely covered in grease. The mix meat wasn't great, it was cold. Would not be ordering again, ever. Waste of money unfortunately.

I can’t quite believe what we’ve had delivered tonight .. I wish we had the option to offer no stars. Chips not cooked. Fish shrivelled and dry. My husbands kebab stone cold. We couldn’t eat any of the food. We ordered through deliveroo. Please don’t buy from this takeaway it really is terrible !

What a down turn in the quality of food, have new owners taken over?The cod was dry and greyish white, it bars no resemblance to the bright white flakey fish served there previously. It reminded me of poor quality frozen fish. I'd liked to have seem the cod skin to actually know it was cod.Batter was dark in colour and laden with fat, not light and crispy like before. Subsequently 3 portions were binned it was that bad.Chips were average. Mushy peas and curry sauce fine.Shall not return.

Not been here since new ownership and always used to recommend the freshly made kebabs. Well tonight After a popity-ping, I experienced my chicken shish kebab exiting the microwave! I was mortified but to embarrassed to say anything. Got home and need I say more…. Straight in the bin.

Progressively worse every time we try them. An hour and a half for delivery. Batter was tough, fish was tasteless. Chips were lacklustre. Really think this is the last time. It’s hard because not many people do gf fish and chips but these really are not worth the money.
