Frankie & Benny's New York Italian Restaurant & Bar - Leicester in Blaby

Food was great but the service was shocking! Staff member found it funny that we had been there for nearly an hour and only just had starters! I visited a couple of days before and everything was great so this is definitely a staff issue!

Fab service on Sunday evening. Nothing was too much trouble and felt really looked after. Leanne made sure we was comfortable, as my partner is still a bit anxious about coming out & Ella our waitress made sure nothing was too much trouble. Big thankyou to all the team for such an enjoyable and relaxing night out. Will 100% be visiting again soon

Came here for breakfast, before exploring the city, staff were all very friendly and helpful, as soon as we arrived, they checked we didn't have any allergies and was shown straight to a table.There is a huge choice on the breakfast menu, from toast, wraps, French toast and full English.This is a restaurant, where you get what you pay for, cheap and cheerful.

Popped in on the off chance of a evening meal. Restaurant was busy but accommodated us easily.Service was very quick and the young girl Maisy was very polite and courteous.The food arrived very quickly and was piping hot and absolutely delicious. Our party of three were all extremely satisfied with our meals.The prices were very reasonable and a family of three with drinks for £60 is very good.Would highly recommend Frankie and Bennys and the superb staff at Leicester highcross.

Food was lovely! Staff service on Saturday was much more efficient than Fridays

Lots of variety for gluten free, vegetarian, vegan and allergens on variety from sides, pizzas, burgers, pastas and desserts. Great food however lost one star due to smoke and fire in kitchen.
