KFC in Blaby

Visit here as a step by then came out with empty stomach. Queing line is little confusing, order machine work only one from two machine, waiting time for order that took so long, and person before us in order machine didnt get the receipt order. So decide not to eat in here.

Horrible customer service experience from Lauren at kfc braunstone today! Very rude and not helpful at all! My app wasn’t working due to poor signals and they did nothing to help but show us attitude and shut the window on our faces! Hope some action is taken because I’ve been working in the customer service department for 6 years now and staff like this shouldn’t be made to deal with customers!

The worst kfc I’ve ever eaten. I ordered zinger tower ,fillet tower burgers and wings but the chicken was not cooked. I couldn’t eat anything, just the bun. If I could give them 0 stars I would do it, but I can’t.

Yesterday was the worst day ever. I went to the KFC Narbrough RD Leicester branch and ordered 2 meals. One of the meals I dropped it of to my sister and then I went home to have mine. As soon as I started eating I found my food was very undercooked. As frustrating as it was I contacted the branch and told them about the situation. I arrived there about ten minutes later and spoke to one of the staff and told her what happened I even took the sandwich with me to show how serious it was. She called the manger and I never met more colder person than this. One she didn’t apologise, two she didn’t offer to replace the order for me, I had to tell her that!!! I swear I never ever saw a supposedly MANGER handling a situation like this before which was very unprofessional. For the rest of the night me and my sister suffered the worst stomach pain. More for my sister as she was already I’ll we still can’t sleep. I was going to write this complaint in the morning just because of the frustration and pain I decided to write it now. I really had the worst experience from you guys today which I should not expect from a big franchise. To end this we decided we will take further actions. (Order Date 11.02.22) 20:45

Lovely crispy fried chicken. Some really good meal deals on the menu. This Branch has a drive though and a nice enough dining area which I've noticed is always very clean and tidy.

Very disappointed cold food. Chips over cooked and rock hard. Overcharged had to ask for the money back Ordered 3 large sides I received 1 large 2 small. Didn't realize this unit we left. the food worst food we have ever had. Most went in the bin as we couldn't drive back

Mmmm normally we have no issues but I do also believe it's going down hill. Nephew got ill about a mth ago from the chicken here. Thought it was a one off but after are order Friday night me and my wife became ill from the chicken to. Afraid we won't be ordering again.

Went through drive through, placed huge order, food was great, hot when i arrived home too....2miles away from kfc. Staff friendly and proficient. Well worth five stars

Usually the food is good, but tonight doing the driving trough , I noticed that the only one person wearing gloves was the one was at the cashier, all the other staff was making food without gloves, and I think is not Hygiene at all, all the food been trown away. Time was around 23 45

Had a zinger meal and a small extra zingy the small one was awesome hot sand fresh but the one that came with the meal was cold with a very dry bun bit like a nuns hunt no wonder it was fast service I had yesterday's preheated burger
