KFC fosse park in Blaby

Really pleased with my experience today. Despite it being 12 o’clock, the girl at the till served me with a smile, and my food was delivered to my table as soon as I had sat down. The food itself was hot/fresh and I’d recommend the Fosse park location to all.

Ordered kids popcorn meal £4.49 received popcorn chicken and fries nothing else, OK should have checked but as per in a hurry already had quite await.But food is well cooked at this outlet that's why 2 stars..........................................................Hats off to kfc tonight 1st August order all correct no wait 👍 would give a solid 4 stars for today...

Wish KFC would introduce the hot and spicy crispy chicken in the UK, like they have in the Middle East. Original recipe is decent but not nearly as tasty or crispy.

We visited KFC yesterday & ordered 3 pieces of chicken, regular fries & a Zinger burger with large fries. Both fries had the same paltry small amount! The food was just bland to be honest and the Zinger is probably a quarter of the size it used to be now. In comparison, I visited Slamburger today and for the same price, I had a huge portion of food that actually filled me up. After KFC yesterday we went to watch a movie and I had to order popcorn as I was already hungry. I know it can be argued that Slamburger food is a different genre of food but when we pay for food, we should get similar size portions for what we pay. I recommend visiting Slamburger as you will not be disappointed.

Poor experience. Gravy was disgusting and watery. Asked staff to replace but they didn’t want to take ownership and simply said that’s how their gravy was today. Table wasn’t clean, no tissues on their condiments rack. Disappointing experience

This is easily the worst KFC in the country, ordered a zinger tower meal that was a sorry excuse of a chicken burger, the burger was cold and one bite even had the texture of a old school rubber band, looked unappealing and small (little larger, than a McDonald's chicken Mayo burger), fries undercooked and cold.Staff were not interested in customer service, a group of three having a chat and laugh at the front counter with customers waiting to be served and another trainee to the side on her phone.Won't be coming back to this branch until the staff and food quality improves, the owner needs to change the entire staff or at least tell them to not be on their phone when customers can see you!!!Just because you are in a prime location, doesn't mean you can offer substandard food and service and expect repeat customers.KFC head office NEED to audit this branch. Never have I seen a KFC as poor as this.

Got my order very wrong, they seemd a bit divy on the tills

Ordered a party bucket on Saturday night through my KFC app for delivery from Fossepark KFC through Uber eats. Food turned up on time. Only problem there was clearly seasoning missing from the chicken, it was completely tasteless. 100% know I would not be the only customer that complained about this as it was so obvious! I contacted Uber eats and complained only to be given a £2.29 voucher, for a £43 meal that ended in the bin! Contacted KFC as they are the fast food outlet we supported only to be told its not their problem to take it up with Uber eats! Wow, talk about shifting the blame for bad food to an innocent man! You can clearly see on my app we were regular clients! Keep the £43, I'll support Nando's!!!

I have used this place a good few times and at first I never had a problem, it was a new outlet and the service was good but the last few times the food has been terrible! I always get a take away and once home looking at what we ordered it is never as good. Dry old food, the pieces of chicken are tiny and look like they should be fed to a cat! Also I have had missing items that once you get home you don't want to have to trek out again to complain! I would say if you're getting a take away double check your order once you get it to make sure it's right and your not disappointed.

Absolutely brilliant service and lovely clean, bright restaurant. Food was served in no time at all and the staff were friendly. Nice to have the option to sit just outside the restaurant where it is a bit quieter. A great pit stop.
