McDonald's in Blaby

Customer service was superb on this specific day, the staff at Mc Donald's were very helpful. They provided colouring items and puzzles for all the kids that were dinning in.

I am giving up with my local branch of McDonalds. 😡 Every other time I go there, there is an issue e.g. LONG wait time, cold food (too many occasions), wrong items in the bag, wrong order when you pay. I don't usually review... but I am stood here at home eating a microwaved McDonalds which I should have had an hour ago in the carpark. Let's hope Fosse Park is better 😃

Fast food isn't what it used to be, and neither are the standards, especially at this Restaurant which is based in Congleton, Cheshire.The restaurant was a complete mess, and as is becoming more and more apparent, stores seem to be prioritising their delivery services more and more at the expense of their walk-in restaurant trade, which isn't great.We waited ages for two caramel cream topped coffees, our number having disappeared from the screen which shows if our drinks were being prepared or indeed if they were ready, but it would appear that neither were to be, and in the end we had to ask for them and the member of staff, somewhat confused, went looking for them, only to return with two drinks that had cooled significantly, minus the cream, which had vanished while the drinks had stood.I don't really go here very often, and the appearance of the restaurant, coupled with the poor service, and not very warm drinks, would not entice me to go back in a hurry, but again, I have found that this type of service seems to very hastily becoming normal for many stores now, sadly and unfortunately.

Used the App to order the 'deal of the day' turned up and there were not any free collection points outside but it seems reasonably quiet inside and I got my burger within a few minutes. This is always a busy branch so maybe more collection points could be added as I'd always prefer to use these

Called in as we were driving past. Had to repeat the order several times at the drove thru to get it correct. The bigger concern was the when I tried to pay, my card kept being declined. More of an annoyance at the time, fortunately I had cash. When I spoke to my bank about it, they said my card and account were fine, and their system showed no declined transactions. Suggest management look into this......

Awful location they always miss things off my order and the last time I went they over charged me by £4.28. Its hit and miss if the staff even acknowledge you and 9 times out of 10 they are having private conversations which they don't stop just because you are at the pay/collection window. If possible just go to the fosse park food court.

Ordered today via drive thru, ordered 1 filet o fish meal and a another medium fries. Gotten home and saw only 2 fries but with no burger. Line is always busy. Literally the worst

They messed up our order, so we had to wait at the forth window, where the crazy lady in the car behind moved directly behind us instead of going round, then she sounded her horn at us until I opened my door and told her to go forth and multply. Despite the long delay my big mac was lukewarm and the fries in my wifes happy meal were cold, we also got two small lattes when one should have been medium. I know that they were busy but the standard of service was so low. I know that fast food is garbage but you do expect that they could get your order correct and hot enough, we will not return, ever!

Good location - just off M1 & M69, not as busy as the one nearby - Fosse Park one.Restaurant is very clean with hand sanitizer and cleaning products.Self order machines to get orders in quickly & less human contact.Plenty car parking spaces with disabled parking available.Decorating is bright and fun, great for family with kids. Also iPad type of computers for children to use. Cable charging service is also available, however most of them are not working.Staff is average and food sometimes great, sometimes is bad, had a few burnt burger buns there, but couldn’t return as already on M1!!!!!Eat in, takeaway & drive thru available, also can order food through McDonald’s app and get delivered.

The worst McDonald's experience ever:-Unclear Covid rules. The restaurant was almost empty (see the photo) and delivery drivers have much higher priority (8 drivers for 1 customer at the thme when we arrived).- Very long waiting time. Burger was cold, Apple Pie was cold, fries were completely soft, missing cultery and salsa sauces.-The salad was lying either on someone's clothes or on the floor.Never ever more.
