Mcdonald's Restaurants in Blaby

I ordered on uber eats and specifically asked for no cheese due to my partner having an allergy and when the food arrived the box had the no cheese sticker on it and opened the box to find cheese on the burgerTried calling the store numerous times but no answer my partner went to the store to be told not our problem etcAbsolutely shocking I will never be going to this store again and I wouldn’t recommend the store to anyone

They really cater to the delivery guys so won’t be using this in person again. The order boards didn’t work properly and I waited ages for my meal, the. When I did eventually get it after much prodding on my behalf (I used to work in customer service so I am usually very understanding) I think I might have been given someone else’s order. There is only upstairs seating as all of downstairs is for the delivery guys.

Worst ever took ages to receive my food I was standing there waiting and waiting staff are all young don't have a clue what there doing not very professional playing fighting at the counter food was freezing also staff walking round with hands down there trousers absolutely disgusting if I could give zero stars manager needs to have words because not very good all they care about is online orders like that's there main priority visiting customer's they don't really care about and sort your machines out they never work some lady was asking for help and a staff member was standing there like a gorm!!! They do more chatting than actually working!!!

Got to say my reviews of MacDonald are not always good. This time was one of the good occasions. They did forget the sauce with the happy meal. My only negative.

Always good though only a few will bring sugar and milk with your drink.. which is vaguely acceptable now but considering we are still under covid they should do better

Honestly one of the worst McDonald's I've been. Everytime printers not working, screen with numbers always full of previous orders and you cannot see yours. But the worst is waiting time. You can see a lot of food waiting just for packing. 15 min is minimum waiting time and after that you will get half cold fries and cheese burger. Every time I forgot how bad this place is they are suprising me even more.

This has to be the worst McDonald’s I have ever set foot in!!! Awful Awful Awful!!! Staff training at a very low level; service terribly slow; seating areas dirty! This restaurant focuses on ‘just eat’ pick ups and not walk in service!! Expect to wait a long, long time!! VERY POOR - I have to give it 1 star (no star should be an option!).

Use this McDonald’s quite often after shopping, it’s a busy place most of the time.We always use self order service / order machine, it’s very easy and quick to use. Service is ok, I wouldn’t expect too much as it’s a fast food restaurant. Other staff - cleaners are always helpful and polite.Hand sanitizer in place, but never social distancing, staff wear masks which is nice to see, the restaurant is very clean.Upstairs is opened but not allowed to sit downstairs, and become delivery drivers waiting area. A lift and stairs to go upstairs, most customers don’t wear masks and it was before recently law changed (December 2021) lots of tables and the place is clean.Food is always nice and hot, never had a complaint.Free parking right outside, with disabled parking spaces.

Absolutely terrible place. Ordered food then waited half an hour only to be told they gave it to someone else. Then they said they would re do it, handed me drinks but there was no where to sit and wait only upstairs. To mean i would have to come up and down to see if and when it was ready. Another lady waited an hour for 3 burgers for her kids. They seem more interested at orders on line than customers in the shop. All seating area down stairs is allocated for delivery drivers. Customer service is poor and chaotic at the counters. Will never go back in and would not recommend.

After ringing up with our issues about the hash browns turning up in a mushed up oily mess all we got was “it’s not our responsibility once we give the food to the Uber driver” I was shocked to hear that response when quite clearly it was McDonald’s fault due to the product not being cooked correctly. It’s certainly wasn’t down to the delivery driver but hey maybe she was having a bad day, we all do. I just hope she gets to read this review and maybe thinks twice next time she is so rude with customers who in theory pay her wages! I respect my customers as a manager myself and I expect the same in return. It takes a lot for me to make a negative review but in this occasion I felt it a much. 🙁
