Nando's in Blaby

Just gets better and better!! Plain old beanie wrap with 1 side of peri chips, but was more than sufficient before watching a movie at Vue. Brought in my own water bottle as I can't drink any fizzy drinks, and was free to fill it with ice and tap water at the machine.

Having visited this restaurant multiple times, they have anyways been very friendly and service had been **spot on**. My partner has a gluten intolerance and the staff have been so helpful every single time making sure complete care is taken and everything was checked down to the sauces. If you have an allergy i can't recommend this place enough, they'll look after you.

Standard level of attainment expected of any Nandos. However, there was an initial issue with trying to obtain some peri salt for the meal from the serving staff. I hadn't experienced that before and slightly took away from the experience.

Great food kids loved it, it's my eldest sons most favourite place in like the whole world to eat he going every single weekend he's 3 yrs old lol.

Elliot really went above and beyond for us and we really appreciate it. He's a credit to your company🌟 If you can't tell, our little girl had a great time too! Food was also amazing!

Not the best of visits due to food taking approx 35 mins to arrive for two people and was not massively busy as visited midweek. Reason this was annoying we saw our food alongside many others sitting waiting under the place where food stays warm for a while before serving to us with one of the staff leaving against the wall next to it not doing much so when food was served and a bit dry and not fully hot/fresh was disappointing. Overall not a great experience again considering it was not that busy.

Good atmosphere and service. Recommended! You do need to register on their app to make an order the first time you go though. Pity couldn't just get a physical menu to browse- part of the dining out experience for me!

Hands down one of the best tasting nandos I've ever eaten. Really good size portions, I had a really nice time here. Well done everyone.

Not the best . Definitely not the nandos it used to be.Visited yesterday with parter and his son. Told 30 minute wait but only 5 tables occupied. I questioned this and was told they don't have the staff, odd! ( looking around the definitely had the staff ) Told to wait outside and to log on to the app to see wait times etc.. it was raining so we went to the Hollywood bowl for a drink, it was pouring it down with rain so not really the ' sit and wait outside weather ' yes they had a parasol but the seats were soaked.Went back when the table was ready and it's just a painful experience.U can't order at the till , has to be done on the app , which is fine, I understand the world we live in atm , but the signal wasn't great , it was a complete faff.I asked for some peri tamer sauce and was told no. I've been having thr same meal for about 10 years and always had peri tamer sauce as a side. Apparently ' this should never have been allowed and I'd gotten away with having it for too long ' ... made to feel as though I'd broken the law. I explained this , but the attitude was basically, we ain't giving it ya!Asked Asked bbq but u have the pay for that.Nandoa meridian we won't be coming back. Awful experience.

This place is a joke they give random wait times to people and shorter times to people who come in after you. The girl at the door had a stinking attitude and the manager of the store worse. All we asked for was a different table as we didn’t want to be seated so close to people and they had plenty of tables available but her attitude was to be extremely difficult. When the manager came over he didn’t even want to listen to his customers and took her side. Left two covert hungry Childrens and asked us to leave with no fault of ours. Disgusting customer service and we sure won’t be returning here again. A total joke since covid customer service seems to have gone out of the window and it’s not so enjoyable to eat out anymore.
