We have been using new garden for years as the food is really nice, customer service is fine but the last few orders have been messed up and despite getting the order read back to me,on numerous occasions there is prawn crackers/curry sauce missing from delivery. Complacent.

Awful arrived 2hrs after ordered called and just fobbed off when it finally arrived the chopsuey was just bean sprouts no other vegetables! First time ordered never again!

My order was Supposed to be here at 8:15. I ordered it at 6:38 on Just eat . And it Arrived at 9:21 .I rang up to ask about my order and all they could tell me is that they are very very busy

Absolutely disgusting i rang up and asked for the food to be nut free as my son is very severely allergic to nuts..they have catered for us before but on this particular night they refused..i am so mad that this take out would not cook separately in order for my son to eat with us and be safe!! I will never eat from here again and the chinese we went to after did everything we asked and even went into detail about every dish and what it contained thats good customer service!!!! NEW GARDEN YOU ARE AWFUL

Food was dreadful! Chicken balls and chips tasted like they are weeks old! Chicken balls had no flavour and chips were soggy and vile!! Food took 1hr and 10mins to arrive! Will not be returning.

Food is always great and they are kind enough to alter food to suit my dietary requirements. Friendly staff and the 2 young boys who are sometimes there are a laugh too bless them.

Delivery arrived 40 minutes late. 20 minutes after the agreed delivery time with no sign of anything, I rang up to be told it was still cooking. This was all despite the order being pre-booked about seven hours earlier via Just Eat.Normally, so long as the food turned out okay I would not mind too much, but the fact that an apology actually had to be prompted from staff (which amounted to just £2 off the order) left a very bitter taste.
