Mcdonald's Restaurants in Bolsover

A decent mcdonalds, the food was hot and the portion sizes were great. The food itself was well cooked and tested nice. The staff were friendly and they kept on top of cleaning. The interior was nicely decorated and the toilets themselves were nice and modern. The only small downside is that the car park is a bit too small but I managed to get parked up ok. The area is still undergoing redevelopment so there might be a chance to extend the car park in the near future.

I placed my order on the app and after collecting the coffee had to wait for 10 minutes for a fish burger and a wrap. Not many people around. What's the reason for such a long wait?

Amazing staff, always polite, helpful, very devoted and perform perfectly. Just usually busy and poor food. Good coffee though.

I have just ordered on the app for my food to be brought to my car. Not only did my food take much longer than usual to come out but it was also cold. Then the lady who brought my food out didn't even apologies for it being late but just pushed it though my window and walked off without saying a word. I was very disappointed with the service tonight.

Fantastic McDonald's! Food is always red hot and fresh! I often call past late at night on a return journey every fortnight. Now made it my only stop as it's worth it! Well done to the staff there on Sunday evenings 👍🏻👍🏻

Staff seriously need educating on basic customer service. They’re all super young, rude and gossip to each-other in front of you next to the window whilst waiting for food. I have been given McFlurrys a few times before my meal after being told to wait for it so by the time my meal comes the McFlurry has melted. Food is usually good though

While on the way home from the party decided to go in Mcdonald’s to get some food for takeaway. Its quick to order using the machine. My boyfriend had a takeaway already but he can’t refused to have the Mcdonald so he eaten it as well.

Yes it is McDonald's, but the restaurant was scrupulously clean, staff were efficient and welcoming, and the food was piping hot. Car parking looks sufficient for the demand and the drive through was quite busy but seemed to be moving through quickly. No issues so full marks to the team here.

Extremely viscous milkshakes. I accidentally split my fries and the manager next to me immediately got up to get me a new portion as I clearing up the mess! Great location - fuel, close to M1. Food arrived very quickly - 1-2 mins

Awful doesn't even begin to describe it. On multiple occasions we've had missing/lazily put together food. Ordered a big tasty among other things and they straight up didn't put an entire burger in there. Not to mention that they didn't fill our drinks properly and burnt one of the other burgers we ordered
