McDonalds in Bolsover

Very good service, drive through was faultless and food was ready at the window when I arrived.

For a McDonalds it was clean and the food was okay / what you expect. Even though a busy one at times, it was quiet inside. Think most use the drive through

Was pleased with the food and service it was placed in hand quickly and when opened it was fresh and warm. No complaints here

Normally this is a decent place but I use it as a drive through for the most part. Decided to stop in today only to find that they seem to have a fly issue with 9 that I counted while sat eating in two windows... Totally unimpressed by this because if I can count those that are stationary imagine how many more are in the restaurant and kitchen area...Definitely going to think about using this place again. ☹️

Ordered through Uber eats and order was incorrect when it came. Complained through Uber eats and nothing has been sorted. Paid for wasted food. This happens often, why are the staff incapable of following the order instructions?

I just want to say a massive well done to all the staff at McDonald's today, there was a man who came in and made a huge order, I was sat with the misses and kid and we was listening to the way he was talking to the staff...He was rude, he held the whole restaurant up, he wanted waiting on hand and foot, to the point he almost put one lass into tears! He even turned round to another worker and said "get back behind the counter where you belong" he was a disgusting human being and how your staff held your tongue today I do not know!Massive well done again, it's not the correct way to be treat and you did amazing so 👏 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Like this McDonalds as just off the motorway and can access from north or south m1. always good and quick service with plenty parking. Drive through if just want to stop and go. my preferred stop of point on way to and from football and well worth a visit even if the football isnt always

Seating indoors and out. One of the best outdoor seating areas I think. Access for pushchairs and wheelchair.6 touch screens, on this visit, 5 ipdas in the kids section all workingon this visit.Everything else is what you expect to see at McD.Tables were very clean staff were cleaning them after customers had left.All staff were pleasant and polite during the visit for a Saturday evening.Drive thru available, there are 2 disabled spaces just outside. Plenty of additional car parking spaces. 2 EV charging points are available at KFC next door.Give this review a thumbs up if you think it is helpful.

A decent mcdonalds, the food was hot and the portion sizes were great. The food itself was well cooked and tested nice. The staff were friendly and they kept on top of cleaning. The interior was nicely decorated and the toilets themselves were nice and modern. The only small downside is that the car park is a bit too small but I managed to get parked up ok. The area is still undergoing redevelopment so there might be a chance to extend the car park in the near future.

Extremely viscous milkshakes. I accidentally split my fries and the manager next to me immediately got up to get me a new portion as I clearing up the mess! Great location - fuel, close to M1. Food arrived very quickly - 1-2 mins
