Pizza Top in Bolsover

Absolutely appauling customer service! Ordered our food at 6.55pm was informed via email shortly after that our food would be with us within 40 minutes but a busy times this could take longer and I completely understand that. However when it had been an hour and a half with still no contact from the restaurant to advise of us a time I called them to be told 'its on its way' another 10 minutes later it eventually arrivedUnfortunately the disappointment did not stop there, one of the pizzas we ordered was wrong i did not realise this until i had taken ONE bite of a slice. I called the restaurant to be told 'oh yes she has made the wrong one sorry' and advised they would send another one out to me. I declined this as it had already taken and hour and a half for the first delivery to arrive but instead I requested a refund for the single pizza that was wrong. The lady on the phone asked what had been eaten out of the pizza and agreed she would send the delivery driver back to collect the pizza from my house and collec the refund.Again over an hour later they came back to my house but refuse to take the pizza as ONE bite was missing. I explained I had already mentioned this to the lady on the phone and she advised I would get my refund as long as I returned the pizza. They still refused my refund and advised me to call the restaurant back for the 4th time tonight.I once again i spoke to the same girl over the phone who told me the refund was declined because the driver had advised her that half the pizza had gone! This infact was a lie. I was then told nothing else could be done for me until a manager was in and that wouldn't be until tomorrow night... I am absolutely appalled with the lack of customer care and service for a issue that was caused by their mistakes

Ordered our food before 5 still hadn't arrived at 6.30 so I called and they told me they didn't have an order for me. Then eventually said oh wait that order went out ages ago. Then when it finally arrived it was stone cold and to top it off I found blue plastic in my chicken kebab.

Pizza Pollo/Pizza Top - Ordered from here a few times before and really enjoyed the food, service was so too. Ordered the same again tonight and our order was wrong, the chicken was terrible and chewy. Rang up to speak to someone and the guy was very rude and wouldn't listen. I would avoid at all costs.

Meal did come on time but...Garlic bread had no garlic at allBoth pizza's were burnt on of them had to be thrown awayChips were coldNo soft drink at allCalled to advise and was a waste of timeWaste of money!!!!!Used to be fantatic.... whats happened ???

ordered chilli con carne and chips with cheese on top and a cheese burger with chips and cheese firstly with the chilli and chips there was about half a dozen chips and a table spoon of cheese i paid a pound extra for the cheese as well and the chilli con carne there was only a teaspoonful as for the burger and chips the chips was brown with about a tablespoon of cheese on again a pound extra was paid wont be ordering from here again

Always had lovely food. Their pasta dishes are beautiful and their burgers are nice and not cheap tasting like some places. Yes sometimes delivery times are a little late sometimes but the food is always good so i dont mind.

Ordered at 7:45 and didn't receive my food at all. We contacted them once and were met with "it's on its way" and then again at 9:30 and the delivery slot was changed to 10:10. Past 10:10 they didn't answer our calls and were told we can't give have a refund until the restaurant contacts Just Eat to process the refund.

Ordered at 8.54pm said 40min to delivery 10.20pm arrived. All food was burnt and they ran out of chicken meat but never said anything just changed it to donner meat which I don't like. Also there salad consisted of lettuce and red onion. The food was disgusting it all went in the bin and as for customer service nothing but attitude

Poor service, order placed at 7.30 didn't receive food until 9.10. Ordered kebabs which should have been served with naan breads, sent pitta bread which was stone cold, as they had run out of naans! I wasn't told of this even though I had telephoned to chase my order and they telephoned me to say order was on it's way. Container holding the meat and salad had water in the bottom due to salad being so wet!! Very disappointed

Absolute ridiculous. Only food they had was pizzas which is fair enough still ordered. But i have now wasted £5.80 of my money as they did not send my pizza. When tried ringing them once got the food they had shut. Absolutely fuming. Always used to order from here when i lived in clowne but will not be again. Gone down hill is an understatement
