Wouldn’t bother ordering from them, absolutely shocking behaviour for a takeaway! Ordered from just eat and food was missing, rang up to explain what food was missing to be told that I told him something different, he was that extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone trying to say I was “playing a game” no I was just trying to get what I had paid for!! Not a very professional takeaway at all! Shouting down and putting the phone down on customers especially those that are regulars well we won’t be ordering again! If you speak to customers that way I dread to think what you speak to your staff like! No fault with the delivery driver if I could give 5 stars for delivery it would be for him nothing else! Absolutely disgusting behaviour, don’t bother ordering unless you want to get accused of something all because you want what you paid money for!!😡

AVOID AT ALL COSTS ..Absolutely shocking service never had such rude people speaking on the phone and one of the people was the manager who was just in worse than the member of staff I spoken to absolutely disgraceful I am absolutely fuming about the way I was spoken to was absolutely disgusting I would advise people to avoid this place I definitely won't be ording from these again.

Just had new oven for pizza and it's yummy no more burnt pizza

Pizza was burnt, chips were soggy so called up to complain and was told there was nothing they could do about chips as they were soggy due to being delivered and so was told to collect fresh even though we paid for delivery. The guy on the phone was extremely rude

Absolutely shocking. I would avoid like crazy. Food turned up an hour late, delivered by some young youth that stumbled up my drive and bumped into my van. Food turned up cold, and from the 2 bites I had it was disgusting. And for a burger and a chicken wrap with small chips I wouldn't even pay £2 from this place. Nevermind £20. Not to mention there is no say of cheese on the burger and when it came it was covered in it. Hence only 2 bites out of the burger. Being allergic to cheese. Not good. Not impressed. Avoid at all costs.

8 quid for a TRAY of donner and chicken meat. Told em to do one and walked out. Proper mongs. How they are still open after the scandal they suffered with illegal practices last year god only knows. Golden grill was closed and thought I'd give it try. Bet it would be horrid anyway

Usually order once every 2 weeks, previously sent out the wrong food item, corrected by sending out a what we originally ordered.Did the same thing again, accused me of lying about what I ordered, even though we order the same thing pretty much every time. Stated he would send out a refund with the driver at 10.30 pm, 1 hour 30 after the driver came previously. 30 minutes later the driver came back with fresh food contrary to what we asked for and the what owner stated (said he couldn't send out fresh because he was busy).We sent the driver away and called back, owner accused me of lying again saying he never said he would give a refund for the incorrect order, was generally rude and arrogant, accused me of trying to scam him even though we are regulars. It was the same staff member that took our order as the last time the mistake occurred. Their logic was because this mistake has happened now more than once it's my fault, Generally incompetent staff.I have reported them to trading standards.

We ordered from here by mistake thinking it was somewhere else, the food came surprisingly quick which was nice and the food was some of the best we've had from a pizza takeaway. We had a lamb donor kebab and that was definitely the best along with the pizza being the best. This will definitely replace our local takeaway :) Never left a review before but seeing how nice it was I had to.

Our food turned up very late which isn’t something I’d complain about. I understand these businesses cannot predict the income of orders. To see the pizza boxes crushed up definitely made me think this is not going to be a great meal.Opened our bag to see that they had put a can of pop on top of a box meal containing chicken and fries. It had crushed all the food in the box so that it was practically 1/4 full if that. I’d expect more in a child’s portion. Condensation of putting a cold can onto hot food also didn’t help so that was one meal that couldn’t be eaten. Pizzas all needed heating up as I wouldn’t have even described them as ‘warm’. We selected no onions on one pizza but they had put it on anyway.I’m guessing that we was the last of a multiple delivery drop. No excuses for how poor our meal was though.To top this off I have just called for a gentleman to come onto the phone and speak disgustingly to me saying that I was just after free food and that it’s a busy night so my food was not going to be hot, He told me to go buy a pizza from Morrison’s or Asda next time and don’t order again from the takeaway. When I asked for a refund he said he only would if I picked out all the food from the bin and let a driver collect it and check through the boxes. If any food was missing I wouldn’t get any refund.
